Luckily I was able to get their insurance info so all I had to do was pick a shop. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my car so I spent a lot of time on reviews! I had only heard of Precedence briefly though a friend and then from researching reviews online, but decided to bring my car in for evaluation and chose them for the repair.The entire process was smooth, from the evaluation, to start date, to final completion. The team kept me updated throughout and reached out directly with any questions. The finished product was pristine. They used all OEM new parts when replacing the quarter panel and small side window, and the paint matches perfectly. The team even detailed the car after completion and upgraded my old silver lug nuts with black ones to match the rims.I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if I have any need of it.

Michael Sy: I bought a brand new 2023 Honda CR-V then 1 week later, driving downtown a person ran a red light and demolished the whole front of my vehicle. I talked to Enrique over at Precedence Auto where he assured me this was a easy fix for his crew which was hard to believe after looking at the damages to the car.After agreeing to have my car fixed there, Enrique wasted no time ordering the parts to my car. He did let me know that because the vehicle was so new that parts would be back ordered and could only give me a estimated date of the parts being produced from the manufacturer. He sent me a invoice and estimated time of parts coming directly from manufacturer to ensure me that this process was out of his hands.I had a issue with the other person's insurance for reimbursement of my rental vehicle where they owed me over $5000 dollars in rental money but tried to get away with only giving me $500. Enrique not only help me deal with the insurance company, he also provided all the paperwork and invoices to solidify my owed money from the insurance company.Enrique has gone above and beyond to help me deal with the insurance companies and his team at Precedence Auto made my car come out looking like nothing ever happened to it.Thank you Enrique and everyone over at Precendence Auto for saving me from a huge headache that had me feeling defeated during the process of my vehicle being repaired.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & BEYOND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Bill Davis: Look at my car now!!! I took my Shelby GTE into Precedence Auto for some Shelby American Warranty Work recently. While there, Rafael Sr, the Owner, asked me if I was interested in having the finish ceramic coated.Before I purchased it brand new, the car had sat out on the dealer lot and had several goobers and water spots. The body needed some "paint correction" and the rear bumper actually needed to be completely repainted. The entire car was then sealed in Stek Formula Quartz Ceramic finish, with two coats total. It is not too overly shinny now but just enough that you can read the dial on my wrist watch clearly when held near by the finish.Precedence Auto provides great quality, on time, in a very professional manner with reasonable prices. What else is there?

Jennifer Galvin: First experience with a body shop. I was hit head on by a driver going the wrong way, DUI hit and run. This shop is absolutely amazing! Not knowing the process, Josh walked me through every step of the way with the highest care possible. He took many photos, assessed everything, even some extreme details I had concerns with. He was honest about the time it would take and called me many times throughout with very detailed updates. This place has by far THE greatest customer service ever. When I picked up my vehicle Josh gave me a detailed description of everything that was replaced and repaired. My SUV looks like nothing ever happened. It looks incredible, and I consider myself to be a perfectionist, especially with my car. It was an amazing experience dealing with Fix Auto. Highly recommend, and now I can say I have an auto body shop! Ten stars!!! Thank you tons!

Im SOOOOO glad I didnt just go with the google search results and relied on my friends, the girl Kat that is at the front desk is super nice and very personable! She was so helpful and walked me through their process and set me up. The team that worked on my car was amazing and the car is better than before! Would for sure recommend and will use again if needed!

I went in hoping to buy a piece of plastic to keep the rain out. Ken went above and beyond! He quickly and professionally got it covered and vacuumed up all of the glass. Susan Goldwater: I was out of town, and I suddenly needed to find someone quickly to look at my car. I happened on Autoworx, although I had never heard of them. They looked at my car immediately, with no waiting. They were very friendly. They did an amazing job with my car, and I thought that the price was very reasonable. I was quite happy with them. When I got back home, my insurance company needed a lot of extra paperwork. They expected me to find a local mechanic, who would cost much more than I had already paid, and I would have to leave the car with them for hours. I called Autoworx, just in case they could help me. I talked to the manager, who was very friendly. I couldn't believe how much he did for me, that day, and at no extra cost.The people at Autoworx were very friendly, it was very reasonably priced, they did a great job, and they gave me unexpected service afterwards working over the phone at no extra cost. I rarely trust auto mechanics, but after that experience I highly recommend Autoworx.

I went in for collision repair and Sean was so kind, helpful, and got everything done within the estimate range and time window he quoted me. Majel Small: Our autos are in good hands at Kirkwood and most important is that I trust them. Kirkwood has done two big repairs on our autos. Last year my husband's 2002 Tacoma needed a new engine. Recently, my 1999 Honda Accord had multiple repairs: engine mounts, transmission, timing belt, brakes, new door locks, and more.... My son is taking this car to Portland State University and I wanted to make sure the car is in good running order. The Accord drives like a brand new car. The other repair at Kirkwood was my 2011 Honda cr-v body work on the back corner panel. It looks like new.John and Clint were so helpful explaining the work and cost. Very professional and I never felt like they were rushing me, especially when I was going through my to-do list on the Accord. Thank You Kirkwood Autoworx!
Rana Sabeh: Based on their amazing reviews and being 2 miles from my house I called Kirkwood for a quote on a clutch replacement and from the way John talked to me I knew he was an honest guy who would take excellent care of my car and they did. He and his staff are very thorough, detail oriented and care enough to do the job right the first time. I'm buying an EV next but I will happily refer Kirkwood to anyone I know who needs a mechanic they are one of a few with honesty and integrity.

aaron myers: Gotta say this auto repair shop is A-1. Spoke with John, and I was able to explain my car issues to him. Him and his team figured it out. I had a faulty alternator, which I had O'Reilly check, and they told me it passed. Long story short, these guys know their stuff and fair prices also.
John McPherson: This shop has the feel of a mom and pop shop. Parking is a bit of an issue , but I would rather have that and get good service than to have a big empty parking lot with poor service. Honestly is the most important thing I look for in a business and I have found it there.

Anthony: Nothing but great experiences with this shop, both for work related to an accident and unrelated bodywork/ AC work. Even with parts on back order they finished the work quickly both times and maintained communication with me during the entire process. The paint matching was spot on and my AC has never blown colder air, I will definitely be going back in the future.

Brian Walsh: Due to COVID-19 B.S. they had my car for almost 4 months. I wasn't very happy about that part but it is no fault of them.The insurance drug its feet as well through the whole damn process.Rick the owner is a great guy and was also short-handed at the time but remained professional and friendly throughout the whole thing.He walked me through everthing that they did to my car and even let me come into the shop to see for myself.He showed me all of the damaged parts and explained how they all worked.Even though it seemed like forever to get it back i was very pleased with the quality of the service.I had forgotten to remove anything from the car that might get stolen as some shops do.Not only was everything there i had stuff in there that they had come across and placed in my center console.I would recommend utopia auto to anyone looking for repairs from a crash
