The team there always communicates the issue that is found, returns the old parts and remains professional. Ross Rhod: Took a JVC 5 disk cd changer that stopped working that was manufactured in 1993. It's part of my old surround sound system that my daughter wants because she was 2 when I bought it and grew up listening to it. It works perfectly now and the repair cost was not bad. 30 years of use. I couldn't replace it for what I paid to repair it and I'm sure the quality of a new unit would not be as good. Now I need to call them and see if I can get the reciever in for a check up and cleaning. Great place. Get your stuff fixed there
