kimi k.: A quiet and clean public library.The WiFi connection is good and you can use either the city or the library for free.Of course, there are also free PCs available, and once you log out, all your history is erased, so you can rest assured.It's close to downtown, so when the weather's nice, I sometimes go there for a walk from my house.This time of year, when temperatures exceed 100 degrees, the facility operates as a public cooling shelter and has extended opening hours.It is also a public library that helps homeless people.Library also sell used books, CDs, DVDs, etc. for a limited time, and sometimes even at half price.If you are interested, give it a visit. You might find something interesting.Parking is not a problem.I only go there occasionally, but it's my favorite library.

Anna: The bathrooms were clean. It was a bit loud for a library. A lot of people sleeping on the tables. The security guard was always on his phone and taking pictures of himself which i found interesting. The books were scarce. A good place to go and cool off when it鈥檚 very hot outside.

Marion Goss: I initially bought a desk on sale I had to put together, but upon opening the box one piece was broken so I brought it back. After re-considering what I had originally bought and looking at the desks in the store I upgraded to a more expensive model. The manager and staff were absolutely lovely in helping me and accommodating my requests. It鈥檚 taken me several days on and off to put the desk together but it turned out great and I love it! They also suggested I open the box in my car and take it out piece by piece since they knew it would have been too heavy for me but myself, I appreciated the suggestion. In today鈥檚 world we don鈥檛 always encounter people who truly care about others and I felt like they honestly do care about their customers. Thank you for a very positive experience.

With only 7 days til Christmas,, raining and exhausted..I expected the worst....expecting the usual help this time of year... I experienced" Customer Service" ,..like the good ole days...remember when your Customer was your #1 priority!!.. Megan, was exceptional in her delivery of a solution for a potential disaster..her efforts were above and beyond, thinking quick on her feet, she managed to coordinate all repackaging,labeling & shipping completely. I will be a loyal customer to Staples for all my office needs. Thank you Megan! Have a great Christmas .....you deserve a bonus!
Matt Patterson: My wife and I work from home. A couple of years ago, we bought some stylish, affordable, but orthopedically, too-young chairs for us. We both started having back issues, so I went back to Staples to shop the office chair Black Friday sale.That is when I met Kevin. I believe he is the store manager. I asked him if he knew much about office chairs. He replied humbly "I know all about the office chairs." We talked for a few minutes, I relayed my issue and he guided me to a chair that I wouldn't have even noticed.I took the chair home, put it together and started using it and saw immediate improvement in the whole back pain situation.I went back later that day because my wife wanted one too. They didn't have another one in stock. The nearest one was in Orangevale. Kevin volunteered to go pick up the chair for me on his day off. It would have been no big deal for me to go get it, but it was more convenient if I didn't have to.Bottom line, Kevin was efficient, knowledgable and super customer service oriented. I feel lucky to have run into him and get his assistance with a very serious and specific need.Retail used to be a profession, but over the years, the emphasis has been taken off of expertise and service. Kevin is a man on a mission and the rest of the team in this location has always been very pleasant and helpful! Thanks to Kevin and his team!

In addition, I received a coupon for $10 and was able to get a beautiful wood storage cubicle for an excellent price! The sales associate was so helpful and took it out and placed it in my car as it was a heavy piece of furniture. I will definitely be going back to this STAPLES! Mike Skjerpen: I didn't catch their names, but the girls working in the print center were immensely helpful. I was trying to print a gridded image and blow it up to an exact scale for a building template. I had no clue what I was doing as I am fairly computer illiterate, even though you could visibly tell how stressed they were because of how busy they were, they still helped me quickly and did exactly what I could not figure out. I'll be returning for sure if for no other reason than to support their staff.
