Bonnie Spilman: Galvin and Todd were wonderful in what they did:I messaged Galvin that my 80 gallon aquarium leaked from the bottom the night before and I transferred all the fish to a spare aquarium. The same day I messaged them they sold me a really nice used 125 gallon aquarium with stand and filtration system, brought all of this to our house installed it and landscaped the aquarium with sand, plants wood and river rock. Long story short found a tank online, someone giving away, picked it up and it was no where near what I thought I was getting into. Went to aquarium stores back and forth and was just being sold on stuff that wasn’t needed or incorrect equipment. Finally got smart went to google gave him a call and he was there for me! I was ready to throw brand new equipment in the garbage I was at my end and he came over with no hesitation! Super reliable and knows his stuff. So worth it! Spotty Triple: This is the best place to get fish. I went there many times. I usally get guppies.There is good service. But sometimes some staff take the fish out of the tank with their hand instead of using a net. This may hurt the fish! Also, we sometimes don’t see beautiful fish and go to a different place.

ROXY: Very cool place, I like how clean it is, how helpful are the people on there...has a huge variety of fish and aquarium plants, and everything else needed.

Marwa H: A nice place for kids to bond with some animals while still indoors and without having to run around in big farms on a hot day. It's mainly tanks of different types of sea creatures, but you also get to see some other animals including chickens, parakeets, a huge python that seemed to be waiting for a chance to be alone with us 😂 , and a dancing, cute parrot who likes to party. There are some other animals that I really didn't catch their names. We spent a lot of money on tockens used to buy food for these creatures, but we had a discounted admission tickets from Groupon, so I guess what you save, you still end up spending on something else. There was one option that I really wanted to try, but I couldn't due to shortage of time. There is a huge fish tank where people get the chance to snorkel with all types of sea creatures, including small sharks, huge fish and stingrays..it has a different ticket to purchase, of course, but I wish I had tried it though. People there are nice and pleasant with one lady putting on music and having the parrot dance for us. It was really cute.

Raine Family: This place was very fun for our family. Wait can be long, I recommend arriving early or on weekdays.It’s not huge but every lap around you see more animals. We were there 4 hours with 3 interactions.We went expecting a cool air conditioned space since it was nearly 115. If that’s what you want go to Dave and Busters. It’s fairly warm but manageable and super fun that distracts you from heat with huge fans everywhere. They also have a lot of animals that need the warmer environment so we weren’t bothered by it just was unexpected. It prob feels great on a cooler day.The staff seemed to all enjoy their job and be knowledgeable about animals. Many get let out into other spaces when people are gone like the tortoise but some spaces could be bigger.Here’s where improvements are needed: the cost is high, but we feel it goes to a good cause, however they need to be more descriptive in interactions and the costs vary so much.ex: it is 25$ to feed an otter through a tube through plexiglass and learn some facts. You can also use 10 tokens, which is significantly cheaper especially when bundling. It is 2 coins to go in the tortoise den feed and pet him while also getting information and asking questions. 4$ vs 25$ for essentially the same experience. Capybaras and wallaby’s you interact by going in their rooms to pet and feed. While a porcupine they just open a half door and you get to feed with tongs. The premium interactions are only 7 minutes which is not advertised.The machines can be frustrating. I understand a little food because these are mostly fish and being fed all day. But several machines let out 1-3 pieces of partial shrimp while most let out a heaping tablespoon. It hard to justify 2$ for a crumb that could be found on floor.They also need to advertise and send links for waiver signatures and pre count coins in sets of at least ten . I think this is what delays getting in. It shouldn’t take 30-40 minutes to get in when there is only 6 or 7 families.The snorkeling is so worth every penny.All in all we recommend. We were a large group and I was hoping for more petting and interaction w/ animals but we’ll choose different ones next time.
