We have been in business now for over 30 years and have proud members of the Better Business Bureau since 1995. When we started our store, we wanted to stand behind our merchandise and sell the cleanest, best quality product we could find. We wanted our used appliance store to stand out from the rest; more like 1 of a kind, where you could save a ton of money on used, but have the quality and integrity of buying from a clean retail store. Every single washer and dryer is torn down to nothing, cleaned out, and maintenance is performed. All refrigerators are completely checked and condensers are cleaned. Then we wash them with Comet and bleach and send them over to the Showroom side to be detailed even more everyday !


We give a normal 60 day in-home parts and labor warranty and for the first year, if it is returned back to us for repair, we will fix it for the cost of parts. When we started this, all of the other appliance dealers thought we would be out of business within a year and that was over 30 years ago. We are still going strong. Over 1/2 of our business is repeats and referral business with customers that have brought their kids in and now even their grandchildren too. It is an awesome feeling!

Best place ever. Customer service was outstanding. Called them when my order from a big box store was delayed the day before the delivery was due with no apology. Nelthorpe & Son is an awesome local business! We just purchased a new washing machine and dryer from them.
