Reggie Washington: Searching all over Roseville and Rocklin for 1 little trim ring for my dryer. Someone suggested me to them and they had it in stock. Costs the same as it would online, except I didn't have to wait for shipping. Buy local, the difference between telling your wife that the dryer is out of commission for 48 hours or driving twenty minutes and getting it done. 👍
Lisa Kidwiler: This is a 5.0 company. The guys are courteous, kind and helpful. Give you free advice, which is correct and true always have stock and most importantly affordable prices. This is a good place to do business with they’re on top of their game. And anybody whoThinks differently go somewhere else Because apparently you don’t like fast, courteous, kind, and complete service. That’s what they offer plain and simple.

Melissa Lee: I have purchased a stove and hood plus a dishwasher from Gianelli's. The products are great, and the installations went smoothly. I also had a new kitchen sink put in. Recently the Gianelli team remodeled my master bathroom. What a wonderful job! I thank them for their work ethic, expertise, and dedication.

Orwell Was A Prophet 1984: This is easily the best service shop I've worked with. Multiple positive service calls to the house over the years with most trips fixing the problem without the need for costly replacements. Tim and Larry were the reps that helped us today. Made time on the night before Thanksgiving, were both professional and informative. Can confirm they provided accurate prices of replacement parts and made every attempt to fix the issue with our dryer prior to recommending replacing the heating element, which was truly the only viable solution. Couldn't recommend Gianelli's more!

Albert Guasch: Based on some of the reviews, I was concerned about AT Appliances. They were assigned by our maintenance contract company. Daniel was our service tech and he did a great job. We had a squeaking dryer and a leaking washing machine. He repaired the dryer on first visit by replacing the worn rollers. The parts for fixing the leaking valve came in a week and was repaired. We are very satisfied with the service provided by AT Appliances.

John Tran: Ordered a replacement control panel for my JennAir double-oven that has a design flaw with heat and steam rising into the touchscreen when the upper oven door is opened slowly. I kept getting a E21 “stuck key” error. Placed the order on Sunday and the part arrived on Tuesday. Installed the panel myself and the oven is good as new. Reliable Parts had the best price around and the part arrived quickly. I’d call them again if I need an appliance part in the future.
