They have been very responsive to any maintenance issues, always available if there are any questions. Special shoutout to Chloe in the front office. She had patience and quickly resolved a billing issue. Her efforts were greatly appreciated.

Aj: I just wanted to write a review and I have moved from the bay area to this apartment property back in 2019 to 2022 and I have to say that the people that works in the office are really professional, friendly and very helpful. The maintenance people are very Responsive and very nice as well. Everybody in that management is really nice. It’s just that unfortunate. I had to move out of there in 2022 because I bought a house otherwise I would say that I would still be living in that property if I did not buy a home, because that property is very clean well maintained the people are professional and nice and helpful. The maintenance are super.!!!
Isabelle Newcomb: We have been living here for almost 3 months now and are very happy. Apartment was newly renovated when moving in and in pretty good shape, apart from a few things that were fixed fairly quickly. It is a quiet complex, apart from the occasional sound from the neighbors, can’t complain too much. Have have a couple issues needing a maintenance person and they were there to fix it within 2 hours both times. Nice gym and pool. Everyone at the front office is very nice and responsive. We look forward to staying here!

Alexis Skidmore: Wonderful place to call home. We’ve recently moved out of Stoneridge due to our relocation to another state. Prior to that, we lived there for almost 3 years and absolutely loved our experience. We have two young kiddos, and truly enjoyed the family friendly community. We met so many wonderful people during our time there. Management was always kind, fair, and very professional. Maintenance was wonderful as well and very prompt with work orders. You truly cannot beat the location; we loved being right off of Miner’s Ravine, and close to Folsom Lake! Would recommend Stoneridge Apartments to anyone looking in the area. Will always have fond memories of many good times there.

Erin Roberts: We've lived in apartment homes in Roseville for the past 10 years and I can honestly say that living at Sonterra was the best! The manager Cassidy is so professional and organized. Whenever I needed maintenance or had a question, she was always quick to respond and took care of everything! I can tell that she really cares about the tenants and takes pride in her work. The maintenance man Michael was great with my dog if he had to come in when I wasn't home. The neighbors are friendly, and the complex is well kept and safe. We have finally found a house to move into but we will miss our friends and staff at Sonterra!
Jinni: I Moved in October 2021 and I have to say Manager Cassidy is by far the most professional and friendly Manager I have ever encountered. The Fast Response on repairs or issues have been impeccable. Community is very quiet and clean. Not to mention how close you are to all restaurants and shopping. Also the 3 golf course in a 3 mile radius is a plus. I will be staying until I purchase my home. A++
Connor Towne: Stellar management and maintenance team! Rapid response, effective resolutions and are genuinely nice people. I’ve lived in a multitude of complexes from Northern California to La Jolla, San Diego. Pricing is competitive, amenities are on par, and every pet in the complex knows Michael! We’ve had most of the maintenance work that has occurred throughout our stay by Michael, he as a natural affinity to animals and all my neighbors concur. My son even gets excited when he sees Michael walking around the complex to save someone’s day. If you talk to anyone at the office, speak to Cassidy! She is punctual, pleasant and the epitome of what a community manager should be. The literal only reason we are moving is for my sons school unfortunately. This will be the first time in my 13 years of renting that I will miss more than just my home.

Angelina Benavidez: We have been here for 11 months so far and I can’t say it enough about how great it’s been. The area is safe and beyond clean! The manager Cassidy.. by far the BEST manager we ever had. She has been so patient, helpful, caring, and understanding. Every time I have had a question/concern she has always addressed them right away and has been so kind every single time. Also MIKE the maintenance guy! He’s so awesome! He always makes sure everything is good and done in a timely manner and acknowledges us when we are out and about. We have a 2 year old and live in an upstairs unit and she is super energetic so we are looking elsewhere to live in a downstairs unit and if Sonterra doesn’t have any available by the time our lease is up we would be really sad to leave. Fingers crossed! This place is truly the best.

Marleny Maldonado: I moved to California for the first time in 2020 and I found Sonterra as my first home. Cassidy and micheal were very welcoming when I first moved in. I never really had a problem when I lived there and my maintenance request were always solved quickly. If I wasn’t a traveling nurse I would’ve stayed longer in Sonterra! Cassidy in the leasing office has always been quick to respond to my emails and help out even with me not living there! The Roseville area also has a lot of stuff around and it’s really convenient!

This place have been a very good experience for us is very quiet and calm we feel very relaxed living here.

My needs are always met. Property is very safe and clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone to live. They are pet and kid friendly also which is a big plus. I would give 20 stars if possible. Michael the maintenance man is the number man on this property. If you have a problem and need immediate help he’s the one to come ASAP. Well done Sonterra staff.

No matter what, Cassidy will take a moment out of her busy day to assist me or answer any of my questions. Even when she's already locked the door and ready to leave! I am super appreciative of her priority for customer service and management ability.Michael is the gentleman working maintenance. He always responds to my maintenance requests with urgency. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to get the job done. Michael will take the time to fix things I don't even put in for a request. He is so nice and respectful, even grabbed my trash for me so I didn't have to walk it all the way to the bin. Honestly, he is the best!Overall, my experience at Sonterra has been pleasant. The staff are great and my kids love living here. Thank you!!

Specifically, Michael has been so helpful and takes the best care of us while maintaining beautiful grounds. Cassidy in the front office always manages to answer or solve requests with speed and makes us feel welcome. It has been a delight to live here, even in a pandemic.
Nicole Watson: My roommate and I came in and toured the property. The staff was extremely helpful which we did not get elsewhere as we are not moving until July and most did not give us the time of day. The property itself is very clean and well kept and the unit was very big and had large ceilings. We can’t wait to move in here in July!

Bryanna Schinina: Great, affordable apartments. They recently remodeled the outsides of the building. Dry rot has been removed, everything renovated, and re-painted. Attached garages, with lots of space. Indoor fireplace, vaulted ceilings with a skylights, and pet-friendly. Joy, the manager, is a very sweet lady who always listens to our concerns and tries to have whatever issue we have resolved as quickly as possible. They're not the greatest apartments of all time, but they're perfect, quaint, and affordable for the area. Definitely worth considering.

Helene R: Have been a resident at The Preserve for over 10 years. We have seen management teams come and go; most have been either unable or unwilling to work well with residents.This latest team, led by Robin is professional, courteous, and understands that this is our home. Robin and her staff have consistently gone above and beyond in addressing our needs. Samantha and Amber are stars, as are the maintenance team led by Luis, a fairly new leader who has elevated service exponentially. Roberto, in maintenance is always on the spot, and if you’ve lived in apts., you know how important the maintenance team can be. I believe mutual respect goes both ways, and the office staff and maintenance, while very busy, Im sure, go out of their way to make us feel valued and taken care of as tenants. I think anyone would be happy to reside here☺️

Heather stewart: I recently moved to Roseville and chose the Villages as my new home. The thing that drew me to this complex over other places was the amazing staff that works here. Maria and James are knowledgeable and caring. They can answer any question you have and are truly invested in you finding the place that is right for you. They make you feel at home from the minute you walk into the office. The grounds and the apartments are the most beautiful in the area. It is quiet and really feels like home. I look forward to spending many years here.

Leti Llamas: I had an unplanned departure from Roseville in 2020. I'm in town looking at apartment complexes, hoping to move back this July. During my one week visit here, I've looked and called 12 complexes in the Roseville & Rocklin areas. Hands down The Villages had the best customer service, prices, location and such a beautiful property. First I spoke with Maria who promptly scheduled a tour for me the very next morning. When I walked into the leasing office and met Maria, it was like I was talking with my best friend. Very warm and welcoming. I look forward to The Villages being my next home. haiden emmett: The villages were my first apartment moving to CA. I lived here for one year, only during the pandemic so I can’t really review on the amenities. It’s in a great location and honestly don’t have much to complain about. The guest parking situation can be rough when you have people staying for more than a day or two. Any work orders or concerns were promptly followed up on and office staff were always quick and friendly.The area felt secure and safe. They also didn’t try to withhold my deposit or charge me for ridiculous things that I didn’t cause like I have dealt with at past rentals.

Britney Johnson: So far we have had a very positive experience since moving into Windscape Apartments around two months ago. Jenna has been incredible, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. The area is well-kept, and maintenance is very timely. Our complex had a water main break and they gave us notice both physically and via email that the water would need to be turned off to be fixed. The only complaint is lack of guest parking. If you have more than one car, you'll have a hard time finding a spot for it; we live in the very back of the complex, and have had to park on the street outside of the apartments several times now.Another note: not anything to do with the apartment itself or the management, but there is a gang of turkeys that roam the parking lot and they are so used to people that they don't move even if you're honking at them!

Natallia Alfirovich: I very rarely write reviews. But this is a special case. We have been living in this apartment for more than a year and I can give an objective assessment. I would like to mention the work of the apartment managers Angela and Gerardo. They are very attentive and helpful staff. You can contact them with any question, and they will solve it very quickly. They will find an approach to each person. Even after the time has passed, do they check if everything is in order? We really like this attitude. We highly recommend our Canterbury Downs complex. They have been just as friendly in person now that we are here and settled in.The community is well kept and quiet with friendly neighbors. We are a 10 minute drive of everything! Shopping, dining, entertainment, everything we could possibly need is super close by.It's not super luxurious, but our unit was recently renovated and is very nice with everything we need to start our lives in CA in comfort. Definitely recommend!

Kristin Landstrom: I lived there for 3 years and had to move…but in all my years of renting apartments they were so professional and caring and always helped me solve any issues quickly!! Laura’s and her team are a true asset to the parent company!! Laura is the best apartment manager that I have ever experienced!! Her team is an excellent example of how to take care of tenants professionally and with great enthusiasm and care!! Cassidy helped me every step of the way and was amazing in all aspects of the rental process which was difficult during the pandemic!! Hanna was awesome too with staying in touch with me on the moving out process!! Gerarmo has always been kind and professional regarding his duties and a hard worker!! Then there is their amazing maintenance manager GURU Carla who was so smart on solving many issues that may of come up regarding the apartment throughout the year!! Thanks all I wish you well!! Imad Mugatash: I lived here for about two years. The front office ladies are kind and try their best to help you and give you the information that you need. I personally had a great experience living there. I felt safe me and my wife. I have lived in many places all over California but never felt as safe as I felt when I lived here. This place is very well maintained compared to many other places surrounding the area. You are right next to Safeway, nuggets, restaurants and other places. The only reason we moved out is to be closer to work. I will always miss this place and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live comfortably and w a peace of mind. Lastly, thank you for all the help you provided for us!
Alyssa Badeker: . We visit the dog park, library, and childrens play areas in the neighborhood regularly. Best of all, we get to go on short family walks to the Nugget Shopping Center right next door for dinner and frozen yogurt.

Taro Garza: Quiet neighborhood with polite neighbors. They have Parcel Pending lockers which are new, and they don't charge you to use them yet. Area is central to a lot of amenities / great restaurants, and seems to be on the nearby hospital's power grid since we never had power fluctuations during some heavy storms. Maintenance team is quick and kind. Leasing staff is nice too, but the office is understaffed and we dealt with some financial duress after a mistake was made during a change of residency. It was the most affordable apartment in the area with the room count and amenities we were looking for during our initial search, so I don't regret living here but I wouldn't recommend applying if you don't have savings just in case you deal with any similar situations.

Jay Cross: Having been a resident of Deer Valley since 2016, my experiences in the community and with the property managers as well as the maintenance personnel have been positive and worthwhile. Theresa, Cindy and Willie in the front office have always been understanding and have addressed my concerns when brought up, doing the best they can no matter how challenging they may be, and often times going above and beyond. Although the maintenance personnels have changed in the past couple of years, they've been as attentive and quick to deliver on work order requests. I will continue to enjoy being part of this community now and in the foreseeable future.

B Miller: We have lived here for almost 3 years! We moved here because we started a family and wanted a safe place to bring our newborn home. This has been the best decision ever made. This place is quite and in walking distance to so many places. Krystal is such a nice person and always helps my husband and I if we ever need anything. She is always quick to email or call. Ivan is an amazing maintenance man and has helped us out so many times and is so happy and positive to be around! We have never had an issue with neighbors or noises in the complex. Everyone is so nice to our daughter and says hello. The swimming pool is great during summer and the gym is nice and available. Also during the lockdown 2020 Krystal and Ivan did so much to keep us all safe and up to date on all the protocols, we felt safe and taken care of in a really weird time. . . It’s just a wonderful place to call home. Thank you Cobblestone creek for all you do for us!

So consider this a PSA that if you have allergies, asthma, or simply don't want to be exposed to secondhand smoke everyday, either make sure the surrounding neighbors don't smoke indoors or don't move here. Because there's always the risk that a neighbor will move in after you that smokes indoors.Aside from this, there are many pros living here and this is just my experience. I think this complex is best for working adults with smallish pets. They have that nice dog park in the back. It's located close to the freeway and major shopping areas. Has a nice gym! Pool is small and there's no hot tub, unfortunately. My unit is nicely updated with laminate floors, granite countertops, and full size washer and dryer. It's not too small. It's enough space for 2 people living in a 1 bedroom. Neighbors are quiet. However I live on the first floor and you can hear footsteps VERY well. Not the neighbor's fault, it's the building structure. The neighbor upstairs had a dog for a short while and I could hear it running back and forth. If you're a light sleeper, that may be an issue. I don't think this place is great for small children because there's no place for kids to play safely. I see the kids playing out in the parking lot and a couple of times a kid shoots out on a scooter/bike in front of my car as I'm driving in. Also, we're right off of Sunrise Blvd, a hectic street and there's no park close enough to walk to really. Like I said, great for working adults with small pets.

So friendly yet very professional and helpful. They are quick to reply to and address any questions or needs. Lease signing and move in day went without a glitch during a quarantined pandemic even! The complex is very quiet and kept clean and secure. The apartment itself is updated with a modern look and the layout is perfect. The little dog park is also kept very clean and maintained properly. During this period of time I have had numerous managers as well as maintenance engineers that I delta with, in some form or another.I am taking the time to write these comments because I strongly believe that I am fortunate to be a resident at Cobblestone creek apartments. The management team that is at this property at the present time is one that should be given immense credit. Since I live alone and have no family in CA, they have been my family. They always look out for me since i have health issues and genuinely care for me, even though it is not their job to do so.Amanda is very efficient and is a manager that always takes care of any concerns in a very professional manner with the utmost respect to the resident. Ivan is probably the most knowledgeable and expedient maintenance engineer there is. Always taking care of any issues promptly, making sure the resident is not inconvenienced for long. These sentiments of Amanda and Ivan our not only mine but of many residence. These positive comments by residence I was privy to during the complimentary BBQ hosted by management. In addition, I have had my neighbors express these same sentiments.As mentioned before, I am blessed and fortunate to be a resident at Cobblestone Creek and will be so for many more years to come.
John Crocker: Have lived here with my family for over two years now. Great location close to everything. Great neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery stores and coffee. Close to the i-80. Very quiet, kept clean and landscaped. Safe for kids to play outside but a little small for that. Only complaint would be not much parking. Many residents park their second car on the street.

I had visited many apartment complex's and was treated like an inconvenience. that surprised me. When I visited Cobblestone Creek, Amanda and Dominic treated me with dignity and respect. I appreciated the time they spent with me and they appreciated the time I spent with them. They answered all of my questions and I felt that this was a good place to live. Amanda Jones and Dominic San Filippo have always been consistent in their support and they do their job very professionally. All of the employees that I have met here at Cobblestone Creek are very nice which gives me peace of mind that I made the right choice. Everyone here is outstanding and they all take pride in our environment. Thanks again Amanda and Dominic, I really appreciate you both.
