Cheryl Legawiec: Even though we did not get to eat here due to how busy it was, the young gentlemen who was working the front for management tonight def did his best to change that. The hostess upfront was very accommodating, as well. Quality customer service, here.

You have probably seen my review on Taco Bell about not being "Amazing Authentic Mexican Food", well this is the place I would recommend to go for that if that is what you are looking for.We love happy hour food and Zocalo does not disappoint. Between 13 of us, we only paid like $137 pre-tip and we were all full. Their food is delicious and filling. I would highly this for great food and a great happy hour. Go see Sean, he will take great care of you.

Earl Driskill: Yesterday, I was looking for a place that has Mexican food, and ran into Lola's, not knowing what this place was, a perhaps a bar. So I walk in, see that's its a restaurant and ask for a menu. The prices are reasonable, and notice it serves Mexican food. I was in luck.I order 2 cheese enchiladas with rice and beans, and thought the food was very good. I was surprised it was as good as it was. The atmosphere is pleasant and the wait staff provided above average service. Even the chip and salsa were good. If you like Mexican food, this is a place to visit.

Service was good, but the food took longer than expected. The selections were plentiful, and the apple pie was a hit. The only item we felt was not very good were the nachos. Not a lot of meat and they were a bit dry.

V T: Please fix the A/C! The food was really great, our waiter was good- attentive until it got busy. BUT..the air conditioner was completely insufficient. Patrons were sweating. Wait staff were sweating. Every table had people fanning themselves with the menu. They said the AC was on full force; it was completely insufficient. I'm guessing it was 88掳 inside. Most people ate and left immediately. Someone from our table had to go get an ice pack from his car because he felt nauseous. Not a fun way to eat.

Door doesn't have automatic opener but pathways would allow a wheelchair to enter and be seated at a table.Cannot speak to the bathroom's accessibility.

Heather Teunissen: So I hadn鈥檛 been here in a while. It鈥檚 always been good, but wow!! Last night we brought a few friends to celebrate their anniversary ! And the food was amazing!! We ordered the mini chimichangas as an appetizer! It was brought to us fast and so delicious!!! My husband and I ordered the fajitas for two! What a great deal it was really enough for 4 people and came sizzling hot!! Our table ordered a few alcoholic drinks and they were generous and delicious! We go out to eat on the weekends to relax and enjoy time with friends, Lorenzo鈥檚 is definitely in our rotation now!! Looking toward to going back ! They also have a great happy hour !! 馃榾馃憤

The "free entree" is redeemable up to $13 value...there is absolutely no entrees on the menu that are $13 or below. Although it does take $13 off your total, it does not offer any entrees to be redeemed as "free." Great food and amazing server with an infectious personality, I just really can't stand the deceptive advertising.

I drove from Fair Oaks because these are the only enchillad's that my parents like.John, the General Manager and Ana at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Ashlie Jade: We love this place. Found it during covid and we rarely go to other places. Is it the most authentic, no. I think for where we live it鈥檚 pretty decent. I only get two things here, they are my tried and true. Firstly the chicken is where it is at. I鈥檓 sorry if you like the pork or beef, don鈥檛 come here for that, it鈥檚 ok, but the pollo asada is the best. I get the dinner plate and the nachos. But I add beans to the nachos. Their horchata is also super yummy. Everyone we introduce it to likes it. We鈥檝e never tried anything bad there but only get lunch or dinner items. The chips at the chip bar are really the worst thing there, husband and I don鈥檛 understand why the chips they use in the nachos are not the same at the chip bar. lol. I asked once because everyone is super friendly! And they said they use yellow tortilla chips at the bar and white tortilla chips in the nachos. It makes a difference people. One of the cashiers even helped me to my car with my drinks and food while I carried my baby car seat. We come several times a month and have not once ever seen bugs or rodents as one reviewer said. The place is always clean and bright. It has gone up in price as has everything and that is my only objection to going more often honestly. Price increase for a lot of places makes it a little less worth going.
