Phil In Florida: but everything was great. Good communication and overall a very pleasant experience and a great addition to our game room. They delivered it to our garage and we took it from there. The box is very tall, might have been better in the driveway in order to unpack. But it was fine. We were able to use a light weight dolly to get it in the house. It does have wheels on it as well. It moves about easily once inside the house. The cabinet quality is very good as are the buttons, wheel, ball etc. They light up with different colors and it comes with a small button device to change the colors. I would buy this again.

Maria always stayed in touch with me every step of they way making the process incredibly easy.The front-end is using something similar to hyperspin from what I can tell however it works very well and is clean. What's even better is you have the ability to add more games using a lan or wifi connection directly to the cabinet.The buttons do have a nice clicky sound and are very responsive. They will definitely take a beating and withstand hours of entertainment.I haven't had the machine long at all so I still have a lot of playing and updating to do however I'm extremely satisfied and the wait was definitely worth it.

russ packard: I’ve had my Dream Arcades now for three years I originally got it because I wanted to have Robotron in arcade form and I saw a few places that were selling multiunit games but when I came across Dream Arcades I was overwhelmed with the amount of choices that are on their system system.First of all the process of ordering it and getting delivered was easy and their customer support was amazing I asked a ton of questions before I purchased the unit and they were more than happy and willing to help me with any questions that I had.Your follow up support has been amazing as well not that I’ve had any issues but I’ve asked him questions about new games to download etc. and they’ve always been very responsive.The unit itself is amazing high-quality great sound great video with every game you could possibly imagine I did download some games from the website that they provide that were not included ,and they all work perfectly!I will say it’s a bit overwhelming to have so many games at your disposal to play!Oh snd Robotron feels and plays exactly like the arcade version.!And just to let you know I spent one afternoon at an arcade and I turned rubber Tron over meaning I went right back to the score 0 it took a couple hours but I’m not sure how many other people have done that!
