Cory was on the phone with me every few days with updates and although the car ultimately wasn't fixable within my budget they were honest about it, didn't fix anything I didn't ask them to, and were even kind enough to hold the car for a few days until pick-n-pull could come take it. If and when my next car needs service I'll definitely be back.

Jenny Stepp: I took my 8 year old vehicle in last week for a Smog Test. Usman met me in at the bays and escorted me to the reception desk. I had an appointment, so there was no waiting. The entire appointment could not have been more pleasant. Two individuals asked me if I wanted water or coffee. Everyone was relaxed, warm and friendly. I don't think I was there more than 15 minutes. But it was an easy, comfortable visit. I was invited to return for oil changes. I will. Thank you!

Melissa Morch: They have been super helpful. Our car broke down on a long trip and the tow truck driver brought us here as it was a safer area than where we broke down. They have gotten right to the job so that we can continue our trip. They got us a lift to hotel where we're staying while the car is being fixed. It's a big job and it's helpful that they got to work on it.

kenneth murphy: I’ve done business with Tin over 10 years. Good honest mechanic. My Dad used him my brother and myself still use him.. I’ve taken my Dodge, Toyota to now including my Chevy: all hade different types of repairs done. All were completely done correctly and less than a dealership. He can do work on the engine, brakes and bearings and all in between. I’m taking another car soon to him and It will be fixed right and less than other shops. I’ve never seen him do bad work. Chris Miner: Excellent service! Brought in my BMW 7 series that had a coolant leak. They found the leak in the radiator, ordered the part & was in the next day. Jared also sent me pictures of what was going on. Also my trunk would not open due to me having a stereo shop do some work. They latch broke & Bertini’s fixed it. Everyone is really nice & cares about your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Stefanie Foltyn: I moved back to the area a little over a year ago and I was referred to Bertini's by a friend and I'm glad I was. Imports are expensive to work on but this is the first place I haven't felt ripped off after a service. My advisor is up front about issues, costs and timeframes for when I should bring my car in and for what services. I've had multiple services done, under the hood, suspension, oil changes, breaks, etc. For reference, I have a 2016 BMW 228i.

Despite the short notice during my recent visit, Jared efficiently addressed an urgent issue with my GLK350, including a brake and oil change. The added bonus of a washed car was a pleasant surprise.
