Rose Elley: Energy of club! Good equipment - takes too long to repair equipment when broken - otherwise club is clean and provides lots of options for getting in a good workout. I appreciate the smoothy bar too. This is a great place to be - very empowering!

BBT Tresidder: I love all the wonderful staff that works at the Roseville gym, our primary gym location. From the young guys who do check-in up front, the fabulous woman who keeps everything clean, and especially my all-time-favorite instructor, Lisa Snyder, its a great place to work out. My husband and I attend the gym at least 3 days a week and see the same folks out on the floor, however its my Strength class with Lisa that’s not only great for my body, but has become a community of support. We work hard, laugh, share life, and are there for each other. We love our In-Shape gym!

We are there nearly every day and take advantage of the cardio equipment, weights, classes, and sauna. The gym is extremely well kept and clean. Honestly, it's sort of unassuming from the outside. Don't get fooled by it! It's a wonderful gym.

Dr. Niemeyer: were incredibly friendly to me. No one ever made me feel bad for having to modify the workout to meet my current level. Because of this I have become a monthly member. The owner, and all of here staff are so kind and good at what they do. It's an intense workout but enjoyable.

Richard Cooper: Took this class five years ago when a friend invited me. Decided to come back in 2024 after having torn my Achilles and having surgery on it. It’s been 9 to 10 months since surgery and I’ve been rehabbing and I thought that in terms of working out I needed to be more mindful of my body and not take anymore HIIT Classes and just focus on other parts of my body and muscle groups. And I thought why not try InstaPhysique. My instructor was Liz who was very helpful and encouraging when it came to taking the class. For a former D1 athlete taking this class is extremely humbling and definitely a tough one, not only on the body but mentally as well but I love a challenge and I’m always looking to improve myself in whatever way possible. I appreciate Liz again for encouraging me and just allowing me to learn and go at my own pace.

I knew about Jamee's place from a friend of mine and stumbled upon a Groupon one day and figured why not, cant be worse than the gym I was at right. Well it was well worth the investment! I found my new fitness home and new fitness family!! Jamee and everyone there makes you feel so welcome, she takes you in and makes you feel like you've always been there. I have had memberships at every gym and the price isn’t bad at all for what you get. We looked at lifetime also and it was packed 24/7 and double the price.

The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive and teach with 3 different levels based on where you are at with your fitness.The owners are attentive to the members and have been amazing keeping up with changes during the Covid lockdowns and physical distancing. After seeing so many good reviews for Kaia I decided what the heck! I'll get the Groupon and just to try it out with no commitment. OMG! Those workouts were so intense! I was always out of breath and last when we went for a run. I was still on the fence when my groupon ended and decided to give it another month to see if things get better. It absolutely did!!! If it wasn't for the koaches and the amazing women at Kaia I would probably be bored at some gym. Everyone here is so encouraging and inspiring! Jenna Burkhalter: Kaia Fit Roseville is a amazing gym. The coaches are wonderful and always provide a great workout. They do an excellent job at showing different levels of a excercise, so no matter what your fitness level is, you are going to get a great workout! The women that go to this gym are all very supportive of one another and it is a very positive/motivating atmosphere. You can't go wrong with this gym!

Venus C: An absolute great place to work out with great coaches and supportive women. All levels of fitness can be found here, and I can't imagine anyone feeling "out of place" if they can't do an exercise as good as someone else. It's all about giving it your 100%, and if you do you'll love it

After working with David, eating the right foods and packing on the calories, I gained almost 10 pounds!Also, my accident left me with some lifetime injuries. Each session was tailored around this injury so I wouldn’t hurt myself. A Hill: I highly recommend David with transformation fitness.I am very quiet and anxious and doing new things is really hard. I really wanted to gain confidence in a gym setting so I reached out to David.I called and we set up a meeting to discuss goals and expectations at his facility. When I arrived I was so nervous! He was so nice and patient with my axiety and everything went well.I started the sessions and I quickly gained confidence being in a gym environment. Every person that walks through the doors are so nice, supportive and respectful of each other.It is a group setting, but everyone has their own goals. He writes personalized exercises on a whiteboard and works with each person individually. No one is doing the same exercises as anyone else nor do you do the same exercise each visit.David demonstrates the exercise and ensures proper form. He explains what the target areas are and what you should be feeling. He also rotates from person to person to give you time to do your thing but keeps checking on you to make sure everything is going okay.He does include tension releasing techniques/exercise's which is a huge plus if you have tension or pain in any areas.Bonus: He provided two meal plans.All in all, great experience!

I'm a couch potato by nature but I look forward to going and working out with him. He always has time to answer my questions, even when they're obviously dumb ones. He knows what I'm capable of and pushes me when I need it. He's already helped me reach some minor goals in the short time I've been there. I've never felt uncomfortable working out in his gym.
