Anna Tsu received her Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California (a four-year professional program) in 1999, and received her license from the State in 2000, after passing all qualifying board exams. She also benefited from spending a year in Shanghai, China, during which time she was able to visit and learn from the local hospitals and colleges of Chinese medicine. She also spent seven years studying under a master of the Chinese internal martial arts in San Diego and competed in national full-contact tournaments. Roxanne Alee is the licensed acupuncturist here at East West Acupuncture Center. She has her Masters degree in Oriental Medicine. She was licensed to practice acupuncture in 2000. East West Acupuncture Center as been open since 2001.

Roxanne is also a registered nurse. She has always been interested in assisting people to heal. She originally choose nursing as a profession because of her desire to help people. She began her study of herbal medicine when she was 13. Her mother taught her about herbs and their uses. She still remembers the smell of those herbs in their jars.
