You can get VIP Club Access, Fast Lane Access, or Patio Pre-Party Access for a show, but please note that these are not concert tickets. They offer additional perks to enhance your experience.
Due to the Festival of Lights, traffic may be heavy and parking limited in November and December. We recommend arriving early, using rideshare, and carpooling. You can visit https://riversideca.gov/publicworks/content/downtown-parking to learn about parking around the venue. There is limited street parking near the venue, but you can see a map of Riverside parking for more options.
The venue has a bag policy in place: bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed, and all bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
You can get tickets at the Box Office, which is open Wednesday to Friday from 12pm-4pm. On show days, the Box Office opens about an hour prior to doors opening. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash payments. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, so make sure to get them from the official Box Office.
If you have phone troubles on the day of the event, you can visit the Box Office for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID, and our staff will be happy to help you out.
