This will be the SECOND home Dan has painted for us. As with the first, we couldn't be happier! He stayed true to his quote, finished when he promised he would AND was here every day making sure we were happy with the process. His team (Anthony & David) were on time every morning, were respectful of our property & belongings and cleaned up EVERY DAY before leaving (putting things back where they found them, etc.) We highly recommend Madrid's Custom Coatings....You wont be disappointed!

Dan and his crew were awesome! They showed up on time everyday including for the estimate, always had all the materials required, and most important, Dan was extremely intent on making sure we were happy with the work being performed on the exterior of my house everyday they were here! Oh, before I forget, did I mention his estimate beat the other 4 estimates I received by "hundreds of dollars"!
