4worldlovers: Kombucha is a fermented sweet tea. It is fermented using a Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast, or otherwise known as SCOBY. It contains lactic-acid bacteria which is good for your health. Due to the low pH and the properties of the Kombucha culture that creates probiotics, it helps with digestion by adding necessary probiotics back in the stomach when it is lacking. This in turn makes people feel better. This is likely because once people’s digestion is back in order, it allows their body to function more properly.

In addition to the benefiting properties of the fermented Kombucha, the Black and Green Tea that is used in our Kombucha containspolyphenols which have strong antioxidant effects, that could potentially reduce the risk of heart disease.

Although the SCOBY’s appearance may be deterring for some people, this is the good bacteria for your gut. It is necessary for fermenting the tea and giving the Kombucha those health benefits we all love!

-We use all natural spring water to brew our Kombucha. We never use public tap water that has been filtered by charcoal or reverse osmosis, although this is perfectly safe, a cheap alternative, and many other Kombucha breweries use it, we like the idea, the quality in the taste, and the natural minerals that the spring water gives to our product.

-Our product is all naturally carbonated. We never inject CO2 into our bottles. Our product in Kegs sometimes has some additional CO2 to add to the naturally occurring effervescence, but never completely carbonated using CO2.
