So inspired by a deep longing for the city, food and old friends we opened the first deli in Salt Lake City, Utah. With inspired recipes mixed with traditional New York Delicatessen flair and a ton of hard work we opened three more locations…then BAM!

What makes Gandolfo’s different from the rest is we do things the deli way. We bake our own breads, fresh slice our own signature meats and cheeses, and make our deli salads fresh EVERY DAY. The meats are real meats, nothing pre-sliced or stuffed with fillers here. The bread isn’t loaded with preservatives, we bake in-house multiple times a day and our vegetables are sliced and prepared by hand. Hands down the best sandwiches in Rancho Cucamonga! Their bread is delicious and the other ingredients are generously given and fresher than fresh. Make sure you get a side of pickles because they are absolutely amazing. Also their French fries are perfection.

Tried The Deli for the first time and it did not disappoint at all ! I had the Italian sandwich and the pastrami dip both of them packed flavor and were made fresh the rolls are extremely soft and fresh the place might not look fancy but it has the best pastrami in town better than the Hat !!! also they have the beat customer service and they are extremely welcoming i highly recommend this place
