What a hidden gem! It's definitely worth the drive! They always answer the phone. Great with information, hours, and directions. Street parking in the area! Once there everything was explained and the cost was super great. They explained how the repairs to my 30 year old, LV backpack could be completed. Whoever Harry was left these great women in charge to carry on. It's a shame that most shoes, bags, etc. are not the same quality as those of yesteryear. We need to keep small businesses like this open and supported. My backpack was a gift from my now deceased father. It has traveled the world. With this repair, she can do another 30 years with more worldwide destinations!

Ignore the old bad reviews of this place. Victor is the new owner/operator. Victor is a very respectful young man. If you don't like masks, then you do not need to wear one, however, if you must wear a mask, then he will also wear one in your presence. Victor does high quality work and knows the best course of action to make your shoes like new again. I won't trust my shoes with anyone else ever again. Victor knows best.

New Owner and he does a great job! Didn’t know the last owner but this is a skill and seems people expect to come here and have their damaged goods fixed immediately and want someone that is assisting you hand and foot. The owner is also the primary repair person. Be patient as good work isn’t fast and fast work isn’t good. I don’t go here for conversation as the man has to work, not sure why people always want everything so perfect and want to be treated like royalty. This guy does one heck of a job.
