It is recommended to apply at least thirty (30) days before the event date.
To submit a Reservation Request, you must have a Customer Login Name and Password. You can request an account by visiting the city's website.
Telephone Payments are accepted with credit card and I.D. information, and walk-in payments are accepted with checks (payable to the City) and cash (exact amount).
Event Signage may not be nailed or stapled on trees, signs, buildings, or other City Property.
The Event Security Deposit is refundable if there is no damage to the facility. Deposit refunds will be processed within 4 business days after the event date, and a check will be mailed to you through U.S. Mail 3-4 weeks after your event.
