The experience was excellent, with very good service and not very crowded. It was in and out before I knew it.
The staff were extremely helpful, very polite, and made me feel comfortable. The blond lady who did my eye exam was sweet and wonderful. The security guard was also very polite and helpful.
With an appointment, I was in and out in 20 minutes.
I appreciated that the staff took extra time to help figure out my issue. They were very helpful and made an effort to provide good customer service.
Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the good customer service. I hope the employees are given breaks to avoid feeling overwhelmed, as they deserve it for their hard work.
