Perhaps it is a learned behavior from early childhood observation of relationships in your life. Perhaps it is the anger that grows from never clearly understanding what should be done at any time. Perhaps it is bipolar disorder. So many possibilities. Oh, to understand what is going on.

In therapy, we can explore the relationships that molded you into the person you are. We can take the opportunity to refocus your energy. We can work toward an understanding of why you behave the way you do in different situations.

From this understanding can come movement forward – a journey to a new place where anger is a distant memory, where relationships are rich, and where there is peace inside your head and heart.

Perhaps we will use assessments to gain greater insight into the struggles you face and develop a plan that will move you into a place where these struggles are no longer present.
