You can get VIP Club Access, Fast Lane Access, or Patio Pre-Party Access for a show, but please note that these are not concert tickets. These access types provide additional perks and benefits, but you will still need to purchase a concert ticket to attend the show.
Due to the Riverside Festival of Lights, traffic may be heavy and parking limited through November and December. We highly recommend early arrival, rideshare, and carpooling. You can visit the city's website to learn about parking around the venue. Please account for enough time to travel and park to ensure prompt arrival.
The venue has a bag policy in place: bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
You can visit the Box Office at the Fox Performing Arts Center (3801 Mission Inn Avenue) on Wednesdays to Fridays from 12pm-4pm to purchase tickets. On show days, the Box Office opens about an hour prior to doors opening and is located near the front of the venue (3485 Mission Inn Avenue). You can also purchase tickets online.
The venue accepts Visa, MasterCard, and cash payments. Cashless payments are also available at all points of sale and are recommended for convenience.
