    The Shade Store: what do users think?

    Marsha Macias: 5 stars. Excellent customer service - Shade Store, Pasadena.We have light filtering panels in our living room that allow ample light and privacy from our balcony. Two years after installation, for some unidentifiable reason, I noticed the panels were puckering at the top as well as mid point of two panels. Distracting to the eye, I contacted the Shade Store to explain the problem, hoping we wouldn't need to have the panels replaced. Within a couple days I had an appointment for an SS expert to check out the problem. "William" arrived promptly with ladder & specialized tools. He thoughtfully studied the anomalous puckering/waviness of the panels and rectified the problem in less than 20 min. by simply rehanging the panels. There was no charge for this service. The materials the SS use are of high quality, and the telephonic, electronic, and in-person customer service = 5 stars. Thank-you Shade Store.
