He was very attentive and paid close attention to our likes and dislikes. He showed us a range of styles, quality and prices. We never felt pushed and only well informed. We took the day to think about it and Will, Joseph’s supervisor politely checked in to see if we had any questions. Needless to say we found a great mattress and they even honored holiday pricing that had recently expired. Great service with delivery as well. Arrived early and they were in and out in less than 5 minutes. If you need a replacement check them out. It’ll feel like getting a sleep consultation.
