Wilmer: Update:After I received the invoice thru email, I noticed contact info if I was unhappy with anything and they would try to make it right. After calling and telling them about my issue, they were able to return $100 back to my card. This goes a long way to me as a customer. They also advised making a clean out at my residence and it would be the cheaper price going forward if this issue were to occur again. With a little research it's not that expensive to add and I will be doing that in the future. Thank you so much for your assistance with the price and the great customer service. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues!Toilets were clogged and tried their services. I would give 1 star but the representative was very professional and did a great job. Reason for the poor review is the price was extremely high. Would have been 200 if we had a clean out outside the house to get the snake in. But since we didn't he had to remove the toilet. For that extra step it went to 586 which is almost triple. I don't think it was worth the price just for removing the toilet. They charge 50 to give the estimate but the service does come with 30 day warranty if same issue occurs which is nice. I would not go back to them because they are overpriced if you don't have a clean out. The representative gave great customer service at least.

Jessica took my info over the phone, had me text her pics of our tankless hookup & emailed a quote that came in over a $1000 less than we were quoted. We’d been without hot water for 4 days.. They scheduled us for the following day after 4:00. The technician was running late due to traffic but they assured me he was coming, I just knew they’d be calling to tell me it was going to be postponed to the next day, but instead Jessica told me he was still on his way. He showed up after 6:00 & worked until after 9:30 to have us up & running with hot water again!!!! We were so grateful we were not charged any additional fees for the late hour & how they treated our situation as a priority! So professional & all had a great attitude, even at that late hour! Both companies said I have to open up my backyard and re-pipe or repair at 9 feet down.I doubted their word and called a friend for a third opinion: Abraham at DX plumbing. He did a HydroJet with super clean equipment and cleared my sewer line in 35 minutes. He just knows what to do. A one of a kind professional! He used a camera along with the HydroJet to make sure everything was clear along the entire pipe.Also, he said there were no breaks in my pipe, this is entirely different from what the other guys said.Abraham pricing is very fair and doing business with him is an absolute pleasure!
