steve shigenaga: First time here. My microwave started making all kinds of noises. This place is a certified Panasonic repair center. Unfortunately I didn't save my receipt. Might have been under warranty but no receipt no warranty. $29 estimate to look at it and that amount is applied to repair. Couple hours later he called and said it was fixed. Total repair was $80. Definitely think this was a good deal in today's world where everything cost so much. Recommend using this place if u need any of your electronics repaired. Owner has been there for decades. But everyone now days just go buy new appliances when they have a problem so shops like this won't be around without support.
Jacob Juarez: The owner is very honest and kind! He sold me a 14" Toshiba CRT for $20! Normally it's extremely hard to come by these consumer sets for a low price, given the state of resellers flipping these sets for crazy prices like $100, $200, $300, $400 and beyond. I just cleaned up the set since it was a bit dirty and the DVD player does not work, but it works extremely well! The colors are really sharp and vibrant, and the picture quality and the geometry line up almost perfectly! Cannot recommend this TV repair store enough!

WILLIAM DILLON: I had a fantastic experience getting my Samsung 60 inch TV fixed from Brent Service Center. Joe answered my initial questions over the phone and explained that I would save money by bringing the TV in myself. I brought the TV over within 30 minutes and Joe was in the store and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I explained that my TV was stuck on the menu option. He was able to quote me a range of price and give me a clear time line of when he would have it repaired. I read some reviews prior to calling and I have to say that I'm puzzled by anyone who gave less than a 5-star review. Joe was honest, affordable, and met all his time lines like a true professional. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any TV repairs.
