Nikki: Yesterday I was over with my best friend, it was our first time visit and we were really excited . His store was like a maze, lots of rooms inside together full of stuff, most of them antique and valuable pieces. We found several pieces and Rick was amazing. Reasonable price and good manners. We definitely come back every week.
Yvette: If you look and are patient you’ll find something or not at all, me and my boyfriend love going here for fun and end up finding something, I like looking at his jewelry because he has some good taste in very vintage but stylish. Honestly he’s a great host. As to deal with him he’s reasonable and doesn’t feel like he’s scamming anyone of their money. That’s rare for me to say that you can tell based off of their energy and how they work with you. Great thrift and great host this is definitely a spot to come too
Eric Mcginn: This is what LA has been missing in my observation. In NYC they call them “junk shops”Filled with treasures, plus any household items you might need, cookware, small appliances, kitchen wares, dishes cups etc. plus clothes, think thrift shop.Plus a huge assortment of nicer collectibles in cases, this place it PACKED. I’m sure whatever you’re looking for is there. I wasn’t looking for anything but came out with a vintage pocket knife and metal cased measuring tape for $15 which is a good deal for these nicely made tools.If I had more time I’d go back with a black light and hunt for uranium glass and other treasures.Rick is a character to say the least, it was an absolute pleasure and honor to meet him. I loved his sense of humor and will be stealing all his jokes but I do understand if people don’t get him.This shop is an experience.If you like swap meets and flea markets and yard sales and antiques and thrift shops, welcome to paradise. 150’ of shop depth, multiple rooms.If you are someone who wants to return your $5 Rolex because you realize it’s counterfeit, or the like, give me a break. This shop is not for you. This is clearly an all sales final situation.Enjoy!

Tim Douglas: curated, each corner is filled with gems from somebody's past. So many stories to tell. I was inside for a full ten minutes before the owner approached me, and I spent that ten minutes tiptoeing around. Found myself exactly what my goal for the day was: a beautiful, uniquely shaped mug. Will definitely be back for another afternoon adventure!

Shockingly great finds on furniture. Found a cool metal frame bed and they sell new mattress with it. Super cheap and bed is sturdy. Guess what else. They delivered it to me about 6 miles for a super reasonable fee and put it together for me. At least go check them out you might get lucky during your trip cus things do move

Ancienthippie X: Haven't been there yet but hope to send my 91 year old friend David there soon. He's getting his single apartment cleaned up and refurbished soon. He will need a clean mattress and bed frame and a nice recliner so he can elevate his legs that have circulatory problems. I don't know what else he'llneed. I live in another state and I don't know how if he's ever been furniture shopping. I hope you'll take good care of him. 😊

Juan Aguilar: Awesome small thrift shop. Great deals for beautiful antiques, dishes, appliances, and whole lot more of second hand items and collectibles. Employees were kind and chill and lent a hand when we needed help.Luis, the Owner of the shop helped my family out. We were looking for a hospital bed for my immobile sister and he actually had one. We told him how she became disabled, and how we had been struggling to look for a hospital bed. Luis had sympathy for us and actually offered the bed for free. Initially we denied and tried to compromise for such a resourceful item but he insisted. He told us that if we truly needed it to take it. At that point we didn't hesitate to agree. He willingly put his intent to profit to the side, and for this we could not be any more grateful. Thank you, Luis.

He regaled my friends and I with stories of the many interesting customers he's served, as well as stories behind many of the pieces themselves. A five star experience in every possible way.Most importantly, Nick provides above the bar customer service. I bought a bunch of stuff including a really heavy old dresser. He gave me a good deal on it since it needed fixing up, and when it came time to pick it up, he refused to let me drive in the pouring rain and instead enlisted a colleague to deliver the dresser to me, for much less than I would have spent on a uhaul. This place and Nick are truly iconic and I can't wait to come back for more!!
