GREAT in ME: This is a great little outlet store to shop at, the clothes are of very good quality they don't fall apart when you wash them the clothes last a very very long time most importantly though the owners are friendly and they're honest they overcharged me before I can get out the door the lady stop me and she showed me with my receipt and her receipt where she overcharged me and she gave me back the money in cash when I paid with my debit card and she apologized.馃槏馃槏

Irene Ruiz: The Gap Factory did not disappoint me. Thought I'd stroll in for a look around. The Gap Factory was bright and well organized by color coordination. Making it easy to shop. Christmas sales are up starting at 20% -70% off merchandise. Cozy socks to fragrances couldn't pass up. The customer service was ok .. too quiet, no communication with customers 馃槳. The line to make purchases is at a steady flow.

Petree Morgan: Although I walked in complaining only because the price was high too me. I wasn't aware that those particular jeans my son wanted cost that amount. The store staff was accommodating and very nice. The quality of there clothes were nice as well. My son walked out of there happy and that's really all that matters. I recommend anyone to go purchase the latest wear from The Level UP.
Will Moreno: Always treated me and my son very well. Coming from a store manager, Jah and Duece are always going beyond what they're expected to keep their customers satisfied. The merch is always top of the line and I have never had any issues with it. I've had to exchange stuff a few times because I had the wrong size or didn't like the fit, and no issues. This is the one stop to hit if if you wanna look fresh.
