    josh cooley: I’ve got the foot of an ogre but Derick absolutely went to town on my boots and bent them to his will with skill and precision. Surefoot take the time to make it right and when it comes to boot fitting, their approach is equal parts old school know-how and cutting edge tech. But most importantly, I don’t get rushed out and they make my 119 last fit into the 104 boot I’ve got. Their customer service has won a customer for life.

From the moment I walked into the door at Sure Foot Santa Monica until I walked out the door I felt like I was the most important person in the world. Ian went above and beyond my expectations to help me understand how to select and fit into the right ski boot. Literally he dedicated a couple hours to ensuring that I had the correct boots for my feet and skiing level. And they fit me like a glove. Along that boot fitting journey I learned everything I needed to know about how to adjust my boots and get them dialed in. I was so pumped up through that experience that I purchased a set of heaters for my Nordica Speedmachine’s. Kudos to Derek for empowering the team to engage with their customers the same way they would want to be treated.

    Brandon Walters: daily use for more than a year. I'm from NYC but happened to be in LA and stopped by Arbor Venice because I loved the board so much -- and I was not disappointed! I would recommend Arbor to anyone looking for a skate or longboard deck, and happily recommend Arbor Venice to anyone who is interested in checking out a board. Their snowboard gear also looks great and is highly regarded, but I have not yet tried it personally.
