    Hollywood Piano: what do users think?

    Jeff Gysin: Hollywood Piano was very easy to deal with, quick, and efficient. I had a Yamaha baby grand I needed to sell. They gave me a reasonable price, had movers pick it up, and I was paid the same day through Zelle.. I will go to the Pasadena store if I need another piano someday. Jeff G

    Josh Katz: I initially contacted Hollywood Piano to ask about putting our upright on consignment. I got a message from Gus and we went over all the details, and arranged for them to pick the piano up. After it was picked up, I mentioned that we were planning to replace it with a digital and he invited me to come to the store and see his selection. My daughter is the pianist in our family so we both went to the store a few days later. Gus never tried to upsell or push us. He showed us his top of the line Roland and when I told him I thought it was overkill, we looked at some lower-end models. I'm a musician so I'm familiar with Roland equipment and I knew they make great digitals. He went into great detail about the two pianos we were considering. We settled on the one we liked, got a sale price and then Gus said he would be willing to take our upright as a trade-in at the same price we were going to consign it for, which made the whole thing a lot easier. He was also very accommodating when it came to our preferred day and time of delivery. All in all it was a very easy and positive experience. I never felt like I was talked into anything and my daughter loves her new digital piano.
