    Khalid Wahbi mohamed: So I'm on vacation form London until the end of July. Today was my second day in LA and wow am I impressed. The food is amazing, best carne asade I've ever had, the atmosphere was the best. The staff were all extremely kind and welcoming upon entry, and they were very nice the entire time. We were even given complimentary churros. I'll never see British food the same after eating this. It was so good I finished it all without sharing.Kid-friendliness: One of the workers were so kind they even gave us free churros to give to the kids.

Die Pommes waren leider ziemlich trocken. Sie schienen etwas verkocht zu sein, aber sie waren genau das Richtige. Carne Asada war gut. Alles in allem brauchte ich nur Salsa und etwas mehr Geschmack. Ich freue mich darauf, einige Especiales de Platos auszuprobieren.

    Vic T: Every time I'm at the LAX, I try to stop by and get the chicken and beef kabob plate. The chicken kabob is very good, but the beef kabob is out of this world. I don't know what voodoo magic they perform over the beef, but it's the juiciest beef I've had in a long time. If you are ever around LAX or close to Aviation and 119th Pl, I highly recommend you stop by and get yourself some beef kabob. It's to die for!

    Joe Shmoe: I have eaten here twice, in total honesty, the first time I stopped by I really believed it was missing salt and flavor. At the end of my meal however, I came to the realisation that the meal was totally amazing, tasty, and just the right portion. Why the change of heart? Well lets be honest, sometimes expectation trumps reality, for me I was expecting alot of spices and saltiness that I am used to. When I did not receive my expectation I was dissapointed. In reality, what I received was a healthy, home cooked yummy dish, as it should be. On my second visit, I received much of the same, yummy! clean food! I can't ask for more than that. On my second visit they gave me a red chilli hot sauce. I asked what it was but they did not have a name for it. So ask for the house red sauce, it is yummy. Happy healthy eating.

    Larry Falkin: On the Google page the prices are very reasonable but when you get there you’ll see no prices listed for anything. I ordered some pork ribs, cabbage, green beans and a small side of white beans. Everything tasted really great but imagine my surprise when the price was almost $30. Online, the average side is $2 and main dishes were about $5-7. The portions are very generous but I’m used to Chef Marilyn’s prices. Equal quality at both places. Parking is limited, I parked a block away. The counter people were very friendly and helpful. A small side of beans is $1.50 but I was charged $7.50. I felt really cheated.Vegetarian options: Lots of beans, mashed potatoes, yams, cabbage, string beans and collard greens. You won’t go hungry
