vincent zapata: I had a great experience at this Nissan dealership. I drove 2 hours just because this location had the vehicle I wanted in the configuration I wanted when many others did not. Paola and Ruben were awesome. I sent an inquiry into a vehicle online after closing hours and was called as soon as they opened the next morning. I was very pleased with this because for over a week I had been trying to buy a vehicle at a nearby dealership that would not answer questions until the end of the business day or would not be answered at all. This dealership knows how to treat people right. Definitely give them a visit for your vehicle needs.

matthew vogel: AIDEN was the salesman that sold me my cart and I just purchased a car from them 1 month ago. The first week he stayed in touch and was trying to work an issue out that we had, but after a week, i couldn't even get him to acknowledge my call or text. Today, I went to have someone put on the title with me andthe sales manager, Rene Galindo said that it was too late, the bank had to do it but he'd make a phone call. 45 minutes later he came back and told me that it was a bad loan and the bank wanted the car back and so did the dealership. He first told me they had nothing to do with it but thensaid they wanted the car back. My lkoan is not defaulted on and is in good standing. I don't even make my first payment until 8-5-24. I called the financing company and they saiid that they never said anything to anybody about getting the car back, to just make my first payment on 8-5-24 and i'd be fine. Rene is a crook and tried to steal my car back for some unknown reason along with Aiden who lied to me several times about my friend being on the title also and he isn't. I tried calling the dealership but he refused my calls. Do nit trust anyone at that dealership. They lied to me from the very beginning. The guy that sold me the car stayed in toch by text for the first week. Now he doesn't even respond. his name is Aiden. I feel sorry for anyone who has to go through what I have went through with this car. If you go there, BEWARE!!!! Go somewhere else! It is not worth the headache. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE MANAGER AND Sales PERSON. Broken promises up and down. The issue still hasn't been solved. I basically went in and paid for a car that doesn't even have my name oni .
