Roger in the service department took my crashed Honda and worked with me very patiently over two months to get it up to brand new condition. He helped me save a ton of $$ by finding deals on parts when he could have easily charged me Honda鈥檚 ridiculous prices. I鈥檝e bought two bikes from here and will definitely return when it鈥檚 time for my next one!

Jun C: It's a small store and they only had about 8 or so scooters on display.I've recently become interested in getting an electric scooter and this was the only location I could test ride one. I'm glad I did. They didn't have the exact model I wanted to test ride but it was okay. I just wanted to see how the scooter felt compared to riding a motorcycle.The manager, Miguel, was very helpful and answered all my questions and he wasn't pushy at all in trying to sell me a scooter.After this experience and test riding, I am pretty much sold and ready to buy as soon as they have the MQi Evo in stock. They are also planning to open up a store in San Diego so I might be purchasing my scooter there instead.

Ite Offringa: . Also like the remote fob. Battery is not as heavy as my previous one and has a nice carry handle; I bring it inside to charge. Storage on the scooter is minimal, so I had the helmet box mounted where the passenger seat is.Service by Miguel and Alejandro was top notch. They are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store and the bikes!
Dhruvir Gandhi: Amazing service and people. Had pre-ordered mqi gt evo and from the get go they were clear in communication and updates. Whenever I had doubts or questions Miguel was just a text away. And on top of it, my evo was ready right around the time when Miguel was going to be in my neighborhood. He decided to give me a pleasant surprise by coming to drop it off at my doorsteps. Excellent experience. Customer service is clearly their top priority.
