I came in today to look for a radiator hose for my daughter’s 2012 Mini, and Daniel was able to quickly find the right hose, give me all the needed information as to installation, and sold me the hose for a very reasonable price! From the first inquiry online to taking possession this past weekend, the service and communication were exceptional.We initially were going to purchase a 4 door Cooper, but changed our mind and chose a 2024 Clubman to replace our 2010 Clubman. Inventory nationwide is limited on Clubman's, but Mini if DTLA happened to have one that caught our eye. After seeing it in person, and a quick test drive, we knew it had to be ours.Paperwork was completed Saturday evening, and we picked it up on Sunday. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our Clubman adorned with a big red bow.Thank you to Collin, and everyone at Mini of Downtown Los Angeles for a wonderful buying experience.

Monique Quintero: .So it took exactly 1 week and 1 day for them to have my car fixed, replaced the entire hood and repaired the bumper while my insurance left me no hope of that being a possibility at all. I have no idea how they did it let alone so fast. Just look at the pics of before and after I’ve attached. He did an amazing job taking care of my car and even had it detailed inside and out! AND even changed the body of my key that was falling apart which a corporate Fiat dealership would’ve charged me like $250 at least for.I can’t recommend them enough! He was a very kind and sincere guy and I will definitely be contacting him again for any possible repairs I may have in the future. THANKS STEPHAN!!!

Torsten Krines: . Stephen is honest and straight forward. I actually bought the car sight unseen to be transferred to Florida. It couldn't have gone better. He organized the transport and sent me pictures and videos of the car being picked up. We did have a few issues with the title and Florida registration but Stephen was there to help during all these times and especially notable picked up the phone each time I called. Currently, they seem to be very low on new MINI inventory, only a few Coopers and the aforementioned Countryman. Had a great time checking out the interior and exterior of the new Countryman, getting familiar with the seating, the infotainment system, and all the unique materials and textures inside. The test drive was a brisk lap around the block to get a feel for the car. A specialist did inform us that they are part of the Costco Auto Program too if you're a Costco member.

Rarely do you find individuals like him who can make an otherwise undesirable situation like a vehicle engine light issue into a palatable event.The facility itself is very clean and well organized from top to bottom. If I were to purchase another Mini Cooper I would absolutely consider Monrovia Mini based on my recent visit alone.

Bobby Ly was our service advisor and was very friendly and professional. Quoted us 90 mins for the service but took less than 1 hour. We walked over to IHOP for breakfast while the car was being serviced. Upon return to pickup the vehicle, the cashier was prompt with his service. We also purchased some touch up paint and the parts guy was nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend this dealer for your includes Mini Cooper Service.

I will definitely be referring their services to my friends and family whenever their looking to sell a car in Los Angeles. Of course I tried the typical CarMax, but just did not like the feeling of waiting around in a big open factory room. CarMax offered me a good price but the wait time killed me sitting there for over 45 mins. TCB offered me slightly more and was able to get me in and out within 30 mins total. The main differentiating factor was the friendly environment and their ability to see me with no wait times. They truly made it quick and easy to sell my Porsche Carrera and I really loved them!
