Tristan Seeney: Great experience at Mazda Southbay.. as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by Chris Jones who assisted us through the process of buying a new car. Felt like we got a good deal on a car that just pulled up to the dealership! He was very responsive and provided great customer service. As soon as the dealership had the car we were in and out the place in a couple hours was very smooth and seamless.

Every time I visit with either of my Mazdas I receive excellent service from every Service Advisor I have dealt with over the six years I have been coming to the dealer. You can tell that they have been well trained by their Service Manger.The waiting room is very comfortable and the cup of coffee was appreciated. This time I am willingly writing this review to share my honest experience with Mr. Charlie Pham and his team, Mr. Godwin Ibe, Mr. Sam Damani, and Mr. Cruz. Mr. Charlie Pham is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, charming, and engaging in the dealership and we had a pleasant experience leasing our new car form him and his team. The car that we were looking for, was difficult to find in that period of time, but Mr. Charlie and his team helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. Khristal Barnett: Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge that all the service center staff always greet me with a smile and a positive demeaner. But there are those that stand out like Ernesto. I commend his attentiveness. No matter how busy he is servicing several different customers, he always approaches me in the waiting area and checks in to let me know about how long the service may take. A different customer brought to my attention that no one had checked in with her like that. Also, I appreciate Ernesto's honesty. He never suggests unnecessary repairs that can wait until my next service appointment.Because of that, I can prepare my finances accordingly and be prepared for my next visit without feeling anxiety.Thanks again Ernie, you're a stand-up guy.
