And it was delicious. The place was nice and clean the young lady in the front was very nice and very helpful. Will diff be going there now every time my family and I stop by across the st. I got a half turkey sandwich and half salad. I was full when I was done. Very satisfied.

With that extra crunch and all the toppings, it made for a more filling treat on a hot day, which I appreciate.There is street parking, which was not great when I went, so factor that in.

    Stacey Ingram: Today was my first time patronizing the Wellness Bar and I'm glad I did. For starters It's Black Owned, the employees were extremely friendly, pleasant and I was welcomed with the biggest most beautiful smiles. They made me feel right at home. This establishment displayed what customer service looks like and what so any businesses are lacking today. So, I sat down and stayed a while. Now mind you, I referred my son who frequents the Wellness Bar weekly, so I ordered what he usually gets. The Anti smoothie. OMG!! It was so delicious, refreshing and plenty of it. You can't go wrong. Tomorrow morning I'm going back for another one for me and my ten year old son. I'm going to also try the avocado toast and vegan burrito. I heard they are both off the chain!!The Wellness Bar is exactly what we need in our community...healthy choices!! Everything is fresh and made to order and I didn't have to wait long. I promise you, once you try something in there, you're going to be hooked!! I know I am. Their tacos are the bomb too. Only sold on Tuesdays though. Everything is plant based and pleasing to the eye. Bon Appetit!!Please don't get discouraged about the parking. Just park in the 99 cent store parking lot, on 85th street or in the Jack N The Box lot. It's worth the little walk. They also gave me extra napkins and utensils after mentioning I just moved in and have nothing. The sourdough avocado mango toast had a sweet, slightly spicy sauce on it that was SO BOMB and the smooth operator smoothie was so refreshing.
