Steven Suga: Brought in an old, dead watch for a battery replacement and Martin's not only replaced it for a reasonable charge but provided education & advice mixed with wit & wisdom. Worth traveling the extra distance from wherever you are to have your watch taken care of by this craftsman.

Two miles from my home so it was perfect.I had a broken diamond pendant that needed a hook replaced on it so that I could put it back on the necklace. Larry was the best. Price was great, service was good, and he even saved the diamond that had fallen out from the top. He is definitely my go-to guy for jewelry repair.If you have a few extra minutes, I suggest you hang around and have a conversation with him. He has an amazing life and the funniest stories ever. It will definitely make your day.

He helped me select a beautiful metal band to replace the lame plastic band that my diver came with. He tailored it to fit my wrist perfectly. He taught me a lot and we had a great conversation. He was able to fix my husband鈥檚 newly bought necklace that got pulled against our luggages. Martin saved our trip to an expensive unreliable mall jewelry shops! You can visibly see his expertise on how he looks at jewelry. He will give you his honest opinions on how to fix it. He is the best in town. Found the right guy to fix all my future jewelry problems. Even though I live in Vegas I will still consider going back to Martin if I am in Cali. Thank God for google, I found him! He is very quick! And a very good price compared to mall prices!

This store is ran by a Korean elderly couple and so I was able to talk to them in Korean as I recognized it when they spoke between themselves. The store seems neat and has a good array of jewelry and watches for you to browse! The service was quick and they adjusted it well for me within 10 min! The price was fair for what they did since the older man seemed to be working on another watch repair when I came in. They prioritized my quick adjustment and let me go on my way. Thank you and I'll come here for future watch repairs and adjustments!

I left it for repair and after a few days they contacted me saying that getting the correct stones was delayed a bit. When it was finished about 4 days later they texted me to come and pick it up. They did a beautiful job, stuck to the quoted price and while they are not proficient in English, they are excellent craftsmen. I recommend them highly!

I dropped them off and home I went. The shop called me the following morning stating that my items were repaired and ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was greeted with kindness and warmth, brought my stuff out placed both items carefully on a cushioned velvet, and stated that my bill came to $22.00! I could not believe the detail he needed to solder my necklace. Elsie鈥檚 Watch is a place I would most definitely recommend to everyone. I trust that the gentleman can and will tackle any small or large task and satisfy you with perfection, so give them a try, I promise that you will not be disappointed.
