Amahil Escalante Newman: I didn't want to let my experience with this hotel go unnoticed. In general terms, it meets the expectations of a hotel of its category, so if you are looking for a well-located hotel, with parking and breakfast included, this option may suit you. Keep in mind that breakfast has a cut-off time like anywhere else.Now the customer service exceeded my expectations, in our case, we accidentally forgot one of my daughter's dolls and we realized it when there was no way to return it. We immediately contacted the hotel and from day one they were extremely friendly, they found the doll and explained the process for its return, we did the paperwork through UPS and now my daughter has her doll at home. It may seem insignificant but for us it represented a great gesture. So THANK YOU again, for helping us, thanks to the waitress who got it, thanks to whoever helped us with Spanish, thanks to everyone for your extraordinary service.
Adam Pierce: Cool thing, all parking is underground - several levels.The room was spacious and clean.AC made a little noise, but all those individual units do. Had the penthouse room on front of hotel, great views of all the aircraft landing at LAX.The room has a small tablet on one of the tables, that tablet has restaurant links that will bring you food directly... No more old school menus in the Bible drawer. It doesn't show the name of the places food comes from though, just types of food and then delivers.The buffet breakfast room was pretty crowded, but it was ample to fill in everyone. We went towards the end so lots of people there. Had a huge menu selection - we had our usual breakfast stuff from Best Western, since we are loyalty travelers with them.The waffles and the scrambled eggs are the best I've ever had at one of them.... They were just tremendously scrumptious.Great stay, great staff.
D K: Not many places to stay near the Forum if you’re coming in for a concert but this place works and an Uber was about $10. Staff was nice and our room was clean. The pool was freezing but the hot tub was good and the breakfast was decent for *free. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy so don’t count on walking anywhere after dark.
Carl Schumacher: Friendly, close to the airport, large parking garage, good Mexican restaurant next to it,They probably tried to spread a good smell everywhere with room spray, even in the room. Unfortunately it gives me a headache.
Hamilton Petito: Food & drinks: High point of the hotel. Complete breakfast, with several hot dishes and two waffle makers. Granola, yogurt, decaffeinated coffee, fat-free and fat-free milk, donuts, fruit, etc.

Free breakfast buffet 😋 snacks in the evening with free cocktails. Staff were really friendly, also had a restaurant and a lounge. By LAX but inside, you don't hear anything from there.
