Sherlock Chang: was really nice and waited for us to finish eating about 40 minutes after they had closed. He kept asking us if we wanted more meat since we came late even if we felt bad about asking for more. Overall, a decent price for AYCE hot pot but what really stood out to me was the kindness of the people working here. The only thing to note is that their mild spicy broth was incredibly spicy and not mild at all haha!

Shanell Peterson: This is the second time I’ve been to Haidilao Hot Pot Century City. We sat at table 031 and our wonderful server was Lily. Lily talked us through the entire experience in a way that was very easy to understand. First they brought out the delicious soup bases and we added whatever veggies and meats we wanted. We even ordered the “dancing noddle” which was a fun experience. Would definitely recommend this place for a delightful dinner- just be sure to come hungry!!!

JENNIFER HSIEH: After watching the TV series Brothers of Sun the scene was very atmospheric. I never dared to eat in because the price was very expensive. Today I went in for hot pot at noon. It was not only clean, comfortable, tidy and beautiful, but also had a special lunch price. I was pleasantly surprised. I even felt like it when I paid. Excellent value for money.
Nana's Gathering Urban Botany: I have eaten a lot of spicy hot pot in Los Angeles, but in the end I still love this place the most!There are many food choices and the freshness is sufficient. However, the sauce section used to be free, but now you have to pay a small extra fee, but overall it is still great. Han Fu: , never had a bad experience. I'm from Sichuan, and my hot pot experience is 30+ years. I can attest that the flavor is absolutely authentic. This is my favorite Sichuan Hot Pot in LA. I took my American friends there, and they all liked it too.A couple of tips for first timers:1. The spice level here is comparable to the hot pot restaurants in Sichuan. Translation: medium is already very spicy, even to me. Stick to little spicy if you are used to medium elsewhere. If you can only eat mild in other places, choose little little spicy. There's no shame in sticking with non-spicy options, either. Their mushroom soup base is delicious as well.2. They offer half portions, which is a huge plus. I often overorder when eating hot pot because there are some many varieties that I want. Having the option for half orders made is so much more friendly for smaller groups. The best part is that the price for their half portion is actually half of the full portion, so you can enjoy the variety without paying a premium.Maybe I'm lucky, but I also have never encountered bad service. In fact the service during my most recent visit was top notch. Not only were the two servers attentive and courteous, the owner was super nice to all the guests

Price was reasonable for the amount of food you got.I would recommend bringing a sweater, they keep it so cold in there.
