Marcia Orr (MJ): California Hearing Center is fortunate to have Tony representing their Hearing Center and so are the customers! The quality of my life had declined to the point that my neurologist had diagnosed dementia based on the Mocha test. I kept telling the Dr. that I can't understand you. As it turned out I failed the Mocha test not because of cognitive decline but because of my profound hearing loss. Tony chose Phone L90 RT hearing aids for me and added a more powerful receiver to the hearing aids. Today when I took the Mocha test for the second time with my new hearing aids I passed with almost a perfect score and my driver's license will be returned to me. More importantly the neurologist confirmed that I don't have Dementia. Tony helped me in such a profound way that I don't even know how to thank him. How do you thank a person who took the time to get a correct diagnosis of my hearing loss and choose the best hearing aids and upgrading the receiver to insure that I am hearing the higher ranges too? Tony has made it possible for me to hear my granddaughter's voice and have a real conversation with my daughter. The quality of my life has increased 100 fold as I continue to age gracefully thanks to Tony. Forever Grateful! Bob Orr

Early this morning, I received a phone call from the amazing Ellen, who indicated her wonderful husband had spoken to me yesterday and suggested she give me a call. WOW! A God sent hearing aid specialist!!! Just what I was looking for. I kid you not!!! Not only did she fix my hearing aid, fitted me with the much-needed earmold, but took the time to explain, in human/layman terms, how the loss of hearing works. Literally, the most professional, courteous and AMAZING place!!! Hearing Station will be my go-to from now on and I highly recommend anyone who needs assistance in finding the right hearing aid and services to call them. An amazing place!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
EDWARD: I’ve been using hearing aids for about 15 years. I went to many hearing aids offices for my hearing aids. All those offices were good.About 2 years ago I searched online for hearing aids offices and I decided to go to The Hearing Aid Station. When I went to that office, I was surprised of how friendly the owners are and how great the service at that office is. This office is absolutely the best of all. Their services are excellent. Waiting time when I go to my appointment is about 5 minutes. And during my appointments, I get more than enough time to discuss all the options available for me. All my questions are carefully and clearly answered. After I get my hearing aids and use them for several months, I easily get other appointments to make some adjustments or maintenance to my hearing aids if needed. The office is a family that is very efficiently running the office. For anyone who needs hearing aids, I recommend the Hearing Aid Station.

I have been getting my hearing aids through her for about 4 years now and she makes sure everything works well and that you understand how to work your hearing aids. I was having trouble with my hearing aids, most of the other offices that I worked with made me feel like it was my imitation. However, Mr. Bogart was professional enough to try and walk in my shoes by working with my hearing aids to try and get the same thing that I was describing. It did happen and he confirmed the problem. That alone was deep for me and felt validated.For all your hearing needs, as well as, hearing aid needs. I encourage you to check this office out. Following a comprehensive hearing test we reviewed all the various types of hearing devices on the market and all the manufactures. At no time did he push a particular manufactures product since he is able to sell them all, instead he concentrated on the best devise to meet my specific needs. Then we concentrated on the best advanced technology ,best reputation, warranty and most important the ongoing service he would provide once we selected the right hearing aid.His expertise and display of concern for me and my needs was exceptional .The hearing aids we selected have changed my life and I have recovered over 80% of my hearing loss and am enjoying a new and exciting quality of life. Ryan Kolbe: Though I'm probably younger than most of his patients, Dr. Ham made needing to get my hearing checked totally comfortable. I have bad tinnitus and hearing loss at a certain tone range, and I wanted to see some of the options I might have. He was kind and understanding of the issues I was having with my hearing, and in his assessment, he was articulate and informative, and he made me aware of a variety of options as well as payment plans. Although I didn't end up buying any hearing aids that day, I'm certain I'll be back when I'm ready to admit to needing them.
