    Richard Harris: diagnosed the issue with my guitar immediately after plugging into an Ibanez Amp. The guitar tech said my switch oxidized due to wear over time because the bridge pickup wasn't very audible compared to the neck pickup. I turned my guitar in at 11 am at opening and I got it back the same day at 3:30pm!!!! Now my guitar sounds brand new again. Thank you so much for the speedy and professional service. I highly recommend this store to any musician in the area especially guitarist like myself. The owner has been here 35 years!! What a classy and cool guy. And he plays guitar!!!! Don't go to Guitar Center come HERE!!! Guitar Center will take your guitar hostage and you won't get it back for a week. 10/10 service and experience. Definitely coming back with my other guitars.

Too many music stores around here are impersonal and leave me feeling like I didn't get the best service. This isnt a guitar center, so dont expect to walk in and have some fun without buying anything. They're serious which means they are serious about their work! A+
