Alicia Gipson: Amazing customer service! Above and beyond, professionalism and conduct! They explained things to me clearly when I had questions. Purchased several new screens for my old house. Screens came out amazing. Then 2 were oversized, so it took a couple more days to complete. Then of course I took even more days to go pick them up. I finally decide to go and take my husband's car, only to get there and find out the screens wouldn't fit in the car. I almost wanted to cry. Then I went back inside explained my situation and they had someone kindly follow me home to drop off the screens. Ieven offered to reimburse for gas and they said that is okay. Can you scream amazing! Saved me time, tears, and money on gas. Now I'm really going to do some window shopping! Maybe that will be my Christmas present to myself. Louboutin shoes v. Windows. We all know which one is the right choice.

Luis was more than helpful and did an amazing job- and was even able to salvage the chipped mirror for me so I was able to reuse the mirror. I highly recommend Swartz Glass. They took me as walk in and did the repair in less than ten minutes!Super nice people and I plan to give them all my future glass business!
