Alicia Gipson: Amazing customer service! Above and beyond, professionalism and conduct! They explained things to me clearly when I had questions. Purchased several new screens for my old house. Screens came out amazing. Then 2 were oversized, so it took a couple more days to complete. Then of course I took even more days to go pick them up. I finally decide to go and take my husband's car, only to get there and find out the screens wouldn't fit in the car. I almost wanted to cry. Then I went back inside explained my situation and they had someone kindly follow me home to drop off the screens. Ieven offered to reimburse for gas and they said that is okay. Can you scream amazing! Saved me time, tears, and money on gas. Now I'm really going to do some window shopping! Maybe that will be my Christmas present to myself. Louboutin shoes v. Windows. We all know which one is the right choice.

Maxine Kupelian: Mr. Garcia replaced my Audi’s rear window after my car got vandalized in April. He suggested an affordable glass and ordered the part faster than any other repair shop said they could, and he accommodated me last minute as I needed to leave for a road trip. Mr. Garcia replaced it within an hour… I couldn’t believe it. He is hard working, SO kind, and he made sure I was 100% happy. After he installed it, I asked if the window could be lowered, and just to make sure it was at its lowest he took it apart and redid it, which I was NOT expecting! Mr. Garcia, you are an outstanding human. Thank you.
