Noah Nation: The best car buying experience I have ever had. Alex Lira was incredible to work with. He was upfront and honest from start to finish. Every question we had was addressed professionally and fairly. He really went above and beyond for us. My Dad also agreed this was the best car purchase experience he has ever had. The sales manager, Moe, even called the day before our visit to introduce himself and ask if we had any questions or needed information about directions/parking. Michael from finance was a class act as well; he made signing the documents quick & easy and was not pushy in any way when presenting optional packages. You can also really see by the way all the employees interact with each other that this is a genuine team of people who work for your benefit, not personal gain. A team that works together will always work better and harder for you as the customer. I would highly recommend ANYONE AND EVERYONE who wants a superb car buying experience to Genesis of Glendale.

I think I got a great deal. In fact I enjoyed the attention from the owner and the finance manager, and sales staff.But the maintenance service was the worst I've ever experienced with any car I've owned. After all, this is a luxury brand with which they want to compete with German and Japanese cars. The service rep flat-out lied about the loaner car policy. She said they can't provide a loaner car for my insurance policy. I have a coverage with a major insurance company, and it turned out a lie. Then she kept my car for a few days, not even bothering to update me on the status until I called towards the end of each day. Even then, she rushed to end the call and I probably spoke to her less than 30 seconds each time. Her excuses for keeping the car seem all lies.Sorry to give this bad review because of one service rep. But it was bad enough to reconsider buying a Genesis next time. The brand offers very good value for the price you pay, but the consumer also needs a good service after the purchase. Genesis is not up to par for that, well, at least this dealership. Comparing their maintenance service to other luxury brands is a joke.I am going to another Genesis dealership for my next service and see if they are all the same. If so, they can't survive in the luxury vehicle segment of the market.

He was great at staying in touch throughout the sales process. Never pushy. Just helpful and service focused. And the car is amazing! Wonderful delivery and training process. Ajia Richardson: You brace yourself going into a car dealership. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Isaac. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happy and appreciate the great customer service. The Genesis GV70 basically sells itself. Isaac took some time to show me and let me practice using the features on the Sport Prestige model which is the one that I purchased. Once I left the dealership it wasn't too much I needed to read in the owner's manual thanks to Isaac. I referred a few more people to him because that’s how great he is.

Usually the purchase of a car from a dealership is a somewhat painful experience. This, however, was just the opposite. Julian was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He knew the GV80 inside and out and was very polite and professional. We purchased the GV80 on the spot. Because we borrowed a car to get to the dealership and did not have a trade-in we were not able to take the car with us but Julian delivered it to us in Orange the next day. AMAZING SERVICE! Also, we cancelled our flights back to Colorado and drove the new car home. Incredible ride. Thanks Julian for everything.

I did not need the home charger after all and they made it right for me and refunded me the money immediately for the charging unit.After talking to Sherri at Optimum Energy Company, I did not need the complete home charging unit. She went above and beyond and made things right. I would highly recommend her for being one of the best customer service persons in the EV car home installation industry. She deserves a raise!
