Sun-Kai Pan: This was my first time taking a formal training class and I only regretted not taking it sooner, I learned so much just from 1 class. I always get nervous going to the range or shooting with strangers since you don't know their skill level or how safe they are with a firearm, Jordan and his RSO's do an excellent job making sure everyone handles firearms safely. This is why they have 0 safety incidents, if you're looking for a formal handgun safetyschool/ class I would highly recommend ITTS!

Roger: I took Defensive Handgun 1 last weekend and I had a really good time. I still have a lot to learn in terms of becoming proficient with a handgun, but they instill some very important fundamentals to help you build a solid foundation to build on.

Sam Landau: My Father and I just took Defensive Handgun 1 this past weekend and it was nothing short of fantastic. Day 1 was a very informative and interesting lecture of use of force, when applicable/not applicable, weapons safety, etc. Day 2 consisted of a very direct safety briefing and lecture on proper stance, trigger press, sight alignment and the like. After a few minutes of being on the range, it is very, very apparent how critical the safety measures are taken here. There are NO chances taken and the ITTS staff are extremely attentive and direct. There were about 23 of us, so roughly one staff member per 6 students, which allowed each student to get individual attention to better their technique. With a few tips of advice and the lecture beforehand, both my Father and I were shooting the best we ever had with a handgun…and this was about 20 mins into live fire on the range. We covered so much material in one day that this review would be essay length, so I’ll keep it concise.If you have any hesitance to take this class, simply do it. Not only was it informative, but the whole crew at ITTS are friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. All this made for an exceptional experience, one that was echoed by the students one after another. I seriously cannot recommend ITTS enough. 10/10.Thank you Scott, Brett, Jordan, Dave, Mike, and the entire ITTS crew for an incredible class!

John Barnett: I had an amazing time doing one-on-one introductory carbine with Jordan Weiss. Instruction was very safety conscious all while comfortable learning to get the most out of my rifle. The day started out with more introductory drills, then progressed to slightly more advanced material and it was all at a great pace. If you are having trouble they take the time to help you correctly navigate whatever you need work on before advancing. Highly recommend Jordan and ITTS trainers for the courteous, professional instruction they provide in an engaging and focused atmosphere!

Jodie Bentley: I took a 3-hour beginner handgun class. I was definitely nervous to shoot a 9mm for the first time. And I’m so grateful that this place has a 100% safety rating. I freakin’ loved it. The staff was absolutely incredible. They were thorough, patient and tough. I learned so much. The two female trainers in my group, Paula and Katie. These women were grounded, calm badasses. So grateful they were my mentors, I will definitely be back.

e3d cell: As a first time shooter I was impressed on the instruction I received in the beginner course.  Paula and Katie are the lead instructors with 2 other assistant instructors, their knowledge is impressive.You can tell when someone is highly knowledgeable in their craft by the way that it's taught and the student can comprehend and execute instruction as it was in this case for firearms safety and shooting.I highly recommend American Defense Enterprises to learn the most up to date basic combative tactics in firearms.  You will leave the course with first-class fundamentals.I could only imagine how much more I will learn in the following courses that proceed.

Hunter Mandel: Highly recommend using ADE. I did the beginner handgun class and it was incredible. The teachers were awesome to work with and they fully walk you through the entire process. I'm way more comfortable handling a handgun now and will definitely be taking another course with them.

Me and two friends took the introductory handgun course and trained with Paula, Doug, Sayaka, and others. The team was incredibly professional and made us feel safe at all times. We practiced proper firearm etiquette at length before firing a round to build good habits and to learn technique. Their teaching philosophy is geared towards police/military so you not only learn safety but also lethality. The team obviously takes tremendous pride in their safety record but it's clear by the instructor's resume's that these guys are also the best in the business.
