Lourdes Finalet: This review is long overdue. My father is old school and he never gave estate planning much thought. After years of my siblings begging him to get his things in order and get a living trust he started to consider it. One evening he attended an estate planning seminar that Mr. Hayes was hosting. I remember him calling me telling me to get over there that he wanted me to attend as well, he was enthusiastic I do not use that word lightly as my father is never enthusiastic when it comes to having to shell out money, but he was excited to sit down with Mr. Hayes. He’s told me on numerous occasions that it is the best money he has spent. Mr. Hayes aka Bill is such a wonderful man with such a great aura surrounding him you instantly feel in great hands and he treats you like a close friend or even family while making sure that all your estate planning needs are met.
