Robert Clement: I ordered a replacement board for my Samsung TV. It was shipped promptly. I installed it but it did not fix the problem. So I looked into it and was impressed by their warranty, free shipping both ways, no fee of any kind, and return for any reason. This sounded very good and reminded me of Costco...so I took a chance and ordered t-con board for our tv. Erica at ElectroPartsOnline was very helpful guiding us to get the right part and we fixed the tv! So if we have any other tv issues in the future, we will be ordering parts from them with confidence.

John Gilbert: I ordered a power supply board from ElectroParts. The board was inexpensive and it came quickly. The nice thing with ElectroParts is they really take the risk out of trying to fix your old TV. With their generous shipping and returns policy, you won't end up spending a lot of money and still having a broken TV. Give that TV repair a shot. They seem to stand apart from their competitors in their consumer friendly policies.
Eric Min: to try and fix my TV that would no longer turn on. I sent them an email for advice and they responded within 24 hours. My issue ended up being the Tcon board and I was able to return the Power and Main boards I purchased. These guys are very responsive, give great advice, LOCAL, and can't beat their prices. Would not hesitate going to them again or recommending them to anyone.
