Presidential K9 Dog Training & Daycare: what do users think?

Michelle Gilbert: They seem to be the only place that can handle, train tolerate my Belgian Malinois. Everyone who knew my not before and after his board and train commented on how much more well behaved he is now. They are the only ones I truly trust with my fur baby

Leanne: I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but presidential K9 deserves it. I have been bringing my very needy and hyper pit mix Dozer here for the past 4 months. The staff is amazing and truly cares about the dogs. Dozer is always nervous and skittish in the beginning upon arrival and they always take time and have patience in bringing him in. You can truly tell they love what they do.. Now Dozer goes crazy when I say "You want to go school "🤗 When many discriminated against my gental giant, presidential K9 said bring him in and let's give it a try... If your looking around for good honest people to watch your fur baby, this is the place for.

chelsea maltese: My experience with K9 Presidential has been a 10 out of 10. I left my pup Otis with them for 3 weeks. He is a 3 year old bottle fed fear reactive Shepard mix. With people he knows he’s the sweet, loyal and playful. With strangers and strange dogs he does not feel the same. The last two years with my pup have been stressful and isolating and after three weeks with K9P, I was able to go on a stress free 2 hour walk with minimal reactions. He still needs some work as a dog like him will never be corrected with just a one board and train, but I can’t wait to extend my one on one training with the K9P family. I am also excited that I have a safe place to bring him in times that I need someone to watch him. One of the best parts about working with this company aside from the fantastic communication and informative report cards, was that they adapted their training practice to fit the needs of my dog. I have seen and worked with so many trainers and for the first time in 3 years I actually saw results not only on the day of pick up, but in the week I’ve had him at home. The attention to detail and care for animals is unmatched and I feel so grateful to be a part of the K9 Presidential family.

Meli Rpr: My puppy is very restless, with them I learned a lot of obedience, they taught me to understand my puppy and make him obey me, I highly recommend them, they do a very professional job and above all they are always available for any questions.

America the Great: Best

Nate Lisker: Hector is an amazing groomer and the entire team goes above and beyond for my crazy husky.

Wendi Upegui: My experience at Presidential K9 has exceeded my expectations. I went into dog training for my human aggressive dog and didn’t know what to expect. Petey was there for 40 days board and train because he did not warm up to the staff as quick as we all would have liked. Granite as a pet owner, I would have loved updates everyday but I understand my pet was not the only dog there and training takes time. I would text them daily to see how he was doing, they always responded and I would get my report as mentioned once improvement was there! I picked my dog up from his training and he was freshly cleaned and so happy to see me! I was lucky enough to have been able to purchase the large program for my dog, so I still have some classes left. But my dog is so well behaved, and Petey and I are working daily on his commands and his reactivity. I even used an entire one-on-one class just to improve my own training skills to help him on the regular. If I have learned anything about training, is that it only works when you apply it to every aspect of their life. We have been using the ecollar technology and my dog has grown so much, I get to see first hand how smart he is behind all of his anxiety. I recommend presidential K9 because their training works. The trainers are amazing and their facility is safe and clean. Petey and I are grateful.

Sean Goodsell: Presidential K9 Training saved our family! My wife and I rescued two Great Dane/Shepherd mix puppies that grew very large and became totally out of control. We tried many different trainers and worked daily with them with very little success. We found Presidential K9 Dog Training online and decided to go for it after meeting Luciano. We bought the 5 week program for both dogs. Results were almost IMMEDIATE after the first day! Luciano and his son are AMAZING. We have completed the program and both dogs are completely transformed. We plan to attend some of Presidential K9 Dog Training weekend training sessions to keep both dogs sharp in the future. We recommend Luciano and his son to EVERYONE we meet now !!

Omar A.: The staff at Presidential K9 is fantastic. The trainers are top-notch and are truly invested in providing the best training and guidance for your furry partner. They take the time to ensure you completely understand the behaviors addressed during their training sessions as well as review in detail, how to continue the follow-up at home to ensure the best results and outcome. The facility is sparkling clean, and the entire staff is super friendly. Their help made a world of difference with my new German Shepard puppy.I enrolled in the 5-week course and feel it was a well-worth investment. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone looking for some assistance with their dog.Thank you, Presidential K9!

Alex Agatha Zalewski: We are pleased with the results of Zaia’s 5 day in-training, we start group lessons soon to help her focus better around other dogs and people. She is much more obedient and knows commands that help us manage her wild puppy energy!

vanessa valle: I enrolled my 6 month old American Pitbull in training and I am very pleased with all he has learned at presidential k9. I have noticed a big change in behavior and I get compliments from others as well. Ohh and the trainers and staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend!

Jans K9s: what do users think?

Tori Cook: Fahim worked miracles with our Labrador who was having trouble with aggression towards other dogs in our new apartment complex. He has really improved our quality of life with our dog

Jen Ruderman: Fahim is a life saver! He has trained both of our golden retrievers—each with entirely different personalities and temperaments. Our latest puppy defines the word hyper, and while I had doubts, he took her in for two weeks, we came home from vacation, and she is a different dog. He is calm, understanding, and has a gift for training. We've enjoyed each and every lesson as we laugh and learn each of the dogs' strengths and weaknesses. Don't even think twice—call Fahim!

Tracy Jane: Fahim is a life saver. He worked miracles with our over the top dog reactive pup. I cannot believe the difference! We are recommending his talents to anyone and everyone with a dog. Best dog trainer EVER and we highly recommend him!

emily berger: I was so lucky to meet Fahim when i did!! He started working with my two year old rescue tripawd pit bull right after i brought her home. Within four sessions he transformed Daisy from a dog aggressive leash walker to a DREAM. I can take Daisy to restaurants, all over my neighborhood and she’s amazing. Fahim is truly the best, most effective trainer i have ever met.

Myrl Schreibman: Fahim is the best . He uses praise to train not treats and respects the intelligence of the dog. his technique gets results as he also teaches the owner. No one believes my Charlie is a chihuahua as he is so well behaved and is now my MSA and we have a communication that Fahim helped to establish . The best!

Mike Zhou: Fahim has changed our lives. We got our pittie mix during covid when she was 2 months.. lets just say it was her world and we were just living in it. We fortunately get to work from home, but our biggest issues with her was her obedience and boundaries. We went to several other LA trainers and although they did give us some tools, it was just not enough. She would jump on house guests, and everything was a game to her. Although she is a friendly dog, shes strong and would accidentally push house guests over to the point we would have to crate her.We were at our wits end when my significant other and I could not even watch tv because even watching the news would trigger her to do spins and nonstop barking at any noise. Then we finally made the call to Fahim, he took her with him for a week for on leash training and she came back, she wasnt perfect, but we were finally able to watch tv! Then she went off to boot camp for another 2 weeks of board training.. and wow. She was never able to sit still, and I can now get her to heel, sit, stay all on my command. Fahim worked around our personal lives for example knowing our busy work schedules, we did not have a lot of time to take her on long walks but, he made it super simple and easy for us to train at home. It has been a few months since we got her back and after multiple at home sessions with Fahim, she fully listens to us and he has taught us so much about why she reacts and how to fix it. I feel like she is happier than ever, because she now knows how to properly get our attention and the whole family is happy all around!I COULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM MORE! He genuinely cares about your animals, and wants the best life for both you and your dog.thank you so much Fahim!-Em's parents

Gabe Kramer: Fahim helped us turn our wild, energetic puppy into a true member of the family. We were lost and turned to fahim for help - what we got was not just an obedient dog but amazing support and coaching. We, and Lucky Jack, couldn’t recommend him enough!

A Petrossian: We had a wonderful experience with Fahim. He is knowledgeable, patient, and receptive to concerns we had about our puppy. After completion of the training he has even been kind enough to respond to any questions we have had. I have already, and will continue to, refer anyone who needs dog training to Fahim.

Irina Rhatz: Before my two-year-old Belgian Malinois mix Archie met Fahim, we were handfeeding Archie. He was so dependent on my husband and myself, he would not even eat from his bowl – only from my hands. Archie has a great personality – he is loving and funny, but he constantly wanted to play and, to draw attention to himself, would steal shoes, clothes, papers and just run around the house inviting us to join him. We had big cardboard boxes around everything that Archie could steal or chew. Nevertheless, Archie was chewing on the walls and thresholds, digging into couch and chairs. We had to replace our couch and loveseat that he scratched with old couch and armchairs, and Archie dug huge holes in all of them. Besides, Archie was attacking other dogs when we walked outside. Once he jumped and pulled me so hard that I fell. He also bit dogs in the off-leash park, so we stopped going there. When we had our first session with Fahim, he explained us that everything that Archie does, he does out of fear. Archie went to Fahim’s “boarding school” as we called it for four weeks. During this time, Fahim was sending us pictures and videos and taking Archie to our house to have a few training sessions. I could always text Fahim if I had a question, and he would respond right away. We saw how Archie's behavior was changing. Fahim also showed us how to train Archie when he comes back. I was afraid that, after the training, Archie’s personality would change, but it did not – he is still the same sweet dog that we love. However, he eats from his bowl now, we do not need cardboard boxes anymore and can start looking for new furniture. When we walk outside, Archie does not care about other dogs. He used to jump at people to greet them – he does not do it anymore. The training is totally worth the money. Before training with Fahim, I took Archie to other dog training places that were much cheaper, but did not work. I wish I knew about Fahim and trained Archie with him sooner.

Shereen Ikeda: Fahim trained my jack Russell terrier at 10 weeks old. My female jack was probably one of the hardest puppy for him to train—she fought against him and was very tenacious. He taught her to mind him and trained her to sit, stay, down, come, stay in a crate and eased her separation anxiety. He then trained her at 14 weeks when she was an energetic trouble making puppy who would not listen. She is now 2 yrs 3 mos old and we continue to do remedial training. Would recommend Fahim and training to anyone especially if you think your dog cannot be trained.

adam funk: Jans K9's did wonders for my dog Zig! Fahim was so knowledgeable and helpful. He offered group training over the weekends and having him come meet us at the house or the park was amazing. He also answered any questions we had when we were not together. If your dog is acting up I would highly suggest Jans K9's we now have a totally well behaved pup thanks to them!

Georgina Gentle: Exceptional training. I had my 2 Frenchie’s go to Jan’s K9s I was hesitant at first because I didn’t want their little personalities to change but both came back very obedient with the same funny, playful, caring energy. They both love seeing Fahim when he comes for follow up appointments. We now have them stay with him if we ever need a dog sitter, Very grateful to have someone that loves and takes as good care of our fur babies as we do.

deborah miller: , while training my dogs.He changed my life. I highly recommend him. He took my house of chaos, where the dogs ruled, and were biting, and changed it into a calm environment, where the dogs actually listen! Please, listen to every nuance of his training because it's all so important. I am so thankful for him. 🙏

Sophia Lin: I could not recommend Fahim more and his approach to training. He is highly effective and all the dogs he works with love him and respect him — my pup Ralph is his #1 fan. Fahim is all about effective communication with your pup and developing influence, which then also strengthens your relationship. We started with obedience training which was an hour session once a week for 8 weeks. It is as much training the dog as is it training the humans. By the end of it, we were confident handling Ralph, took him everywhere with us, and even trusted him off leash. We had such a good experience with obedience training that we also signed up for the next one — retrieval training. Ralph was surprisingly resistant at first, but Fahim didn’t give up on him. We honestly have no practical use for the retrieval skills he learned, but the training reinforced obedience, instilled a lot more discipline and also gave him so much more confidence. No doubt when we adopt another pup, Fahim will be our first call.

Drew Shackleton: Fahim has made our life so much better! Our boy Ralph has been working with him for over a year - first as his trainer and more recently as his trusted boarder when we're away. He whipped our boy right into shape as a puppy. Ralph's discipline and good behavior is now a major source of pride, as strangers regularly comment on how impressed they are with him -- and you better believe they ask who our trainer is!! Fahim was so effective, we even hired him for retrieval training to enhance his recall. Ralph is always thrilled for his weekenders with Fahim when we leave town. He loves Fahim...but not as much as we do!

Mahan Ghaneeian: Fahim is the best trainer! He trained my pitbull/cane corso dog. I have recommended him to other friends and family and everyone loved his work. He is very knowledgeable and kind!

Erika Martha: Helped my family get control of our large pup and is always available for follow up question and sessions. He cares for the fur babies and it shows in his work.

Molly Knight: was so afraid of everything that he would even snarl at me if I pet him in a certain spot that he didn't like. He was ok around my mom and some other family members, but he displayed aggressive behavior toward everyone else. Having people over to my house was not possible. After an initial consultation with Fahim, he explained that George was not an aggressive dog, but a fearful one. He was so scared he would not even take a piece of chicken out of Fahim's hand!We agreed that a month of board and train would be best. Rehabilitating a dog with this much fear is a slow process. But little by little my boy started to come out of his shell. At first during our weekly training sessions I was overwhelmed by all the new information I had to process about how to take a leadership position with everything from the way I handled George to the way I corrected his bad behavior. But over time it became like second nature. The first month George was back home was challenging and I despaired again, thinking the training hadn't stuck and he only respected Fahim, not me. But I kept with it. And after about a month I started to see a different dog. I tell him to sit and he sits. I tell him to lie down and he does it. When I see a big dog coming down the street

Alyse Fragosa: was struggling with jumping, pulling, and aggression. I really liked that Fahim had a lot experience working with large working breed dogs and I could tell that he loved animals. He doesn't apply a one size fits all approach to dog training. He gets to know your dog and will challenge it appropriately. He described Alexander as challenging and pushy. If that sounds like your dog, you've come to the right place! He doesn't just train the dog, he'll train you too! In our first session, he said I know I can do this, I know Alexander can do this, but can you do this, Alyse? This was all new to me and he was very encouraging and patient throughout the process.Initially we tried one on one training, but weren't seeing the results we were hoping for and in the 2nd session Fahim recommended that I switch to the Board and Train program. He's very flexible. On one occasion, my car broke down while I was driving to meet him for a session and he accommodated me last minute

Monique Bryher: Fahim Jan took in my late mother's dog for training 5 1/2 years ago after she passed. He had mild aggression issues with men and a tendency to run away. Kobi came back to me a new dog, almost unrecognizable in the change in his demeanor. His trust issues improved greatly, he learned to walk on a leash and respond to basic commands and there was no more running away, even if a gate was left open. His last years were very happy for him and the other dogs that came to live here. I would recommend Fahim for training your dog without hesitation.
