Elan made it right and the out come has been amazing he offered a comparable diamond at a higher clarity rating but matched the price of the one that was held up. He showed step by step plans and modifications to the design as well as the digital schematics he was on a first name basis with me and just 100%a personal jeweler. His masterpiece has gotten so many compliments and stands out. The ring came out to be exactly what it needed to be. Fast forward we are now in the process of negotiating the designs for wedding bands.
