Not only did he bring our vision to life, but he did so with a great attention to detail. Eran is incredibly responsive and is transparent in his communications, making the renovation process go very smoothly. Elio Sagastume: I'm writing this review after 3 years of working side by side with Eran, owner of Strong, on many large scale projects. I can't say enough good words about him, I've had the chance to see him managing wide range of construction projects starting with small room additions and all the way to building McMentions from the ground up. Eran is one of the more knowledgeable, detailed, punctual and dedicated contractors I've had the pleasure to work with. I've recommended him many times in the past and always received a great feedback from people I referred him to.
Eliram Susan: I reached out to Strong Home Builders to schedule a consultation meeting for a room addition. Eran, the owner of the company, answered the phone, he apologized for being busy and scheduled a meeting for a couple of weeks later. On the day of our meeting Eran showed up and gave me over two hours of his time to listen to my needs, consult and advise. Three days following our meeting I received a detailed quote that was not the cheapest I got but was definitely the most detailed and covered all aspects of my project. After a few rounds of revisions and weighing my other options I decided to hire Eran for the job. Now, three months later, my project is completed and my house looks outstanding. Eran was on top of everything all the time. He is a true professional and I can't be more happy with my choice to hire him for the job.

To begin with, Eran is just the nicest guy! He is so patient even with a retired old lady like me constantly asking questions and wanting to know everything. ryan albright: I work as a project manager for an architectural firm that specializes in the management of large construction projects. As part of my work I get to deal with many general and sub contractors, some are better, some not so. My experience with Eran goes back to when he used to work as a project manager for a reputable GC, he was my favorite PM to work with, very professional and skillful in his trade. It did not change once he opened Strong Home Builders, only got better. When I trust a project in his hands I know that things will be done right, on budget and on time. I recommended and will keep on recommending him to homeowners looking to get a room addition done, he is great guy and one of the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure to work with.
Sui Min Wong: Recently moved in from London, I purchased a town house in Santa Monica. The place, being quite old, needed a complete gut. My main focus was on getting two bathrooms and a powder room fully remodeled, wood flooring re-finished and fresh paint all around, replace the water heater and add recessed lights all around the house. Eran from Strong Home Builders came up highly recommended by a family member of mine and, after receiving a few bids including his, I decided to hire him for the job. Using a 3D design software, Eran assisted me in re-designing the bathrooms, purchasing tiles, plumbing fixtures, vanities and anything else I needed to start the project. He was always available to answer my questions and provided an outstanding customer service. I am extremely happy with everything he did, my new home is something to be proud of, everything looks and works amazing.
Sui Yuen Wong: Strong Home builders did an outstanding work building for me a 326 SF master suite room addition and remodeling the interior of my house. Prior to picking a general contractor for the job I was very afraid of getting stuck with someone who will exceed the budget and take too long to complete the work. Eran, however, did an amazingly high quality work and completed the project in a timely manner and on budget. I am very happy with the results and enjoy showing off my newly remodeled home.
Ron mordechay: Finding a good building contractor is, by all means, not a simple task. Not saying that there aren't many good general contractors, just saying that I had to screen through many bad or just ok ones to find a really good one. After a long screening process I decided to hire Eran and Strong Home Builders to build for me a 461 SF master bedroom addition with a master bathroom and adjacent laundry room. I also had a couple of interior walls removed to open the kitchen into the living room for one big and open space. Eran was the last general contractor we interviewed, he came highly recommended by the Architect we used to design the project and, though his quote came on the higher end in comparing to others, we knew right off the bat that we are dealing with a professional that can handle this type of construction and both my wife and I agreed that it is worth the investment. Needless to say that I'm giving Strong Home Builders 5 stars on google because they did an excellent job and deserve every star. Eran was on top of everything all the time. He assisted us in the interior design, picking finish materials, got us his contractor discount at manybof the suppliers we visited and took personal care of us throughout the whole planning and during construction. He was panctual, kept us in the loop at all times, and most important completed the project right on schedule. We received a great service and will recommend Eran and Strong Home Builders to our friends, family and anyone else.

Danielle Andrews: Working with Lux was such a great experience! We couldn’t be happier with our full kitchen remodel…..it is GORGEOUS. The owner, the office staff, and the crews were all amazing and so easy to work with and so respectful of us and our home. In addition, they were there for us when we had a few other home issues due to flooding and were able to also provide a new roof and fix the room that was damaged and put it back to its original condition all while working on the kitchen and completing it within the time promised. We recommend them very highly!
Todd Engle: Lux completed our home addition/remodel in Redondo Beach starting with design, then obtaining a permit, and finally construction. Lux lives up to their name. We found their quality or work and service to be consistent and top notch. Lux’s communication was consistently excellent. Sagi and his front office team were always available to pick up the phone, answer an email, visit the site, etc. The construction was scheduled consistently and wisely. There were crews working on something pretty much every day during the construction cycle. Lux’s crews were always respectful, trustworthy, friendly, and hard working. Overall, we highly recommend Lux and appreciate our beautifully remodeled home!

Eden C: We worked with Lux Builders on our full house remodel. We added a bathroom, changed the layout of our kitchen and remaining bathrooms, redid the electrical wiring and plumbing. We really care about the details and it was nice to know that Sagi and his team catered to that. The project took a lot longer than expected, but it was a large project and the many of the items were delayed - which was completely out of our control. I wouldn't be honest if I said everything was perfect throughout the whole process, but what was important to us was knowing that even if things didn't go exactly as planned we felt comfortable that Sagi and his team would address any issues or concerns that were brought up. We're extremely satisfied with the end results and would work with Lux again. I especially would like to thank Mindy for handling the day to day communication and being patient with all of my detailed requests.

We used materials from far and wide that were foreign to their crew. Sagi and his workers studied the material, read up on it and always had a plan of implementation. His workers were incredibly kind and hard working. We have 3 kids and we always felt safe having them in our home. They were organized and tidy in their work too. Sagi's generous and warm spirit was always present even in times of haste and stress. We are so happy with our house and get so many complements about the work that was done. Even now when things break or aren't how we like them, Sagi's crew comes in a day's notice to fix, finesse and finish. We have been asked many times by friends, neighbors and visitors- "Would you use your General Contractor again? Our answer is always the same- "Without a doubt; and you should too!"

From the very first Zoom call, it was clear that Sagi was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Liz Grampp: We hired Lux Builders & Remodeling, Inc. to complete our room addition and interior home remodeling project. Sagi and his team are very responsive and are skilled craftsman. Sagi was very helpful giving us suggestions that improved our project, such as replacing a swinging bathroom door with a pocket door to save space and adding strategic skylight tubes for additional light. He also helped guide us with the many purchases that come with a remodel, from fixtures to tile to flooring. His team was always very respectful, on time and cheerful. They completely transformed the space. We added on to our home a master suite, and reconfigured the additional bedrooms and bathrooms. We replaced a feature window wall, replaced hardwood floors throughout, re-stuccod the exterior and painted the full house interior and exterior. Sagi also suggested we add a new redwood deck that is now a beautiful part of our backyard indoor/ outdoor living space. The hard work and craftsmanship of Sagi Paul and his team can be seen in every room that they worked on. They transformed our 1950's mid-century home to become a comfortable California indoor / outdoor space perfect for a busy family and entertaining. We are very happy with the results.

They were always hard working and friendly, just a great bunch of guys.Before we met Sagi we thought the way things worked for a remodel like ours was you hire an architect, then the contractor. So we met with a few and they were all great, but they wanted a large percentage of our budget. Sagi said design and drawings were all part of Lux's process because they use an in-house architect. What we got was an innovative, functional design that, most importantly for us, kept the spirit and vibe of our 1942 Westchester home but brought it up to present-day standards.It all starts and ends with Sagi, he sets the tone for his company and that's a good thing because he is honest, very capable in his work, and a fun, soulful guy. Changes are going to happen and Sagi, who was on-site every day, managed them, explained them to us, and helped to find creative solutions. He shopped with us for tile and fixtures, and had a lot of recommendations for our many other purchases.The house is now done, thankfully, and it took just under a year to complete
