Kay G: This review is for the terminal, not the cruise. The terminal is easy to find after after you park your car. The parking lot is about 5 floors and there's plenty of parking. You can leave your car there while you go on your cruise for $23 per day. There is no need for a shuttle to get to the terminal bc it's within walking distance, maybe a couple blocks. You have to book a terminal check in time w your cruise line and go at that time. There are some benches to sit outside and wait, but there's nothing there to do. Just sit. No restaurants, no coffee, nothing, so use your phone or bring a book. Also, I called the city of Long Beach to ask about reserving a parking spot in advance, but they said they dont do that. There's no app, no website to reserve a spot, but it's all good bc there was plenty of parking. First come, first serve. You pay for the parking after you return from your trip, so keep your parking stub to get out. Get a receipt bc there's a second verification when leaving the parking after you pay. We didn't get a receipt, but we explained that we had just paid $92 for 4 days of parking and no receipt. They open the gate for us. Thank goodness they didn't make us go back to get a receipt. We paid with a credit card. I'm not sure if they take cash.
